Overall a pleasant 2 weeks stay with few minor inconveniences, that in the end were manageable.
Pros:

New building. Neat design. Lots of space for storage, so I guess comfortable for a very long stay. Heated floors. Kitchenette, fridge, freezer and washing machine, perfect for solo traveller. Very good bedding. Not noisy. Great value for price. Good top view. Staff spoke ok English and was super friendly, so kudos! My aircon disfuncioned and I was quickly moved to a new room.

Cons:

No iron. Couldn’t find place to dry washed clothes. I missed a knife in cooking utensils. Had to buy, not a problem as it’s cheap but it’s quite wasteful. Showering over a sink is a weird solution. Cleaning could be better. Sometimes I smelled smoke through vent in my bathroom, had to run it to get rid of the annoying smell. I guess this shouldn’t happen if a vent is engineered correctly. “Make up my room” button is useless. You ought to request cleaning at reception and it will come only the next day. (Ok, but you need to know it to plan it)

Comfortable and modern room with all the amenities you can think of
Pros:

Comfortable and modern, yet cozy room with everything you could possibly need including a washing machine and a stove. The stuff was very nice and accomodating. The room has a huge window and a balcony and since it was a cherry blossom season, the view was really nice. You wont find anything better within this price range in this location. You can watch both Netflix and Youtube on TV.

Cons:

Despite being a non-smoking hotel, someone in the room above us clearly smoked and the smoke was getting into our bathroom. I dont know how, but the cigarette ashes somehow got into our bathroom sink as well (they were not there upon our arrival). Also the shampoo smelled weird (the shower gell and soap both smelled really nice).
