Pros:

We stayed at ReeCha Hotel Mullai with our family and had a really nice experience. Since the hotel is within ReeCha Park, the kids had a great time and there was plenty for them to enjoy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Just one small point for improvement — the bathroom door lock was not working, which made it a little difficult to get proper privacy.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend ReeCha Hotel Mullai, especially for families with kids. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was quite disastrous.

Cons:

Room was smelly and the bathrooms were also not cleaned properly. We decided not to stay the night and checked out. Staff need to be trained better. They said they will send our welcome drinks up to the room (though we were not expecting) but the drinks never came. The door handle to our main door was broken. It was quite clear that housekeeping wasn’t done. There was no shampoo body wash etc in the bathroom. We stayed for s few hours and left. I think it’s more for local tourism.
