Pros:

Coffee machine

Cons:

Dirty, no where to sit other then one stool, Weren’t told that the road was closed prior to visit. Had a grate in the wall to the hallway (no sound privacy). Not for anyone with mobility issues or luggage to cart up to the 2nd floor,

Exactly what I was looking for.
Pros:

The location was excellent. We were surrounded by great restaurants that were in walking distance.

Cons:

There was construction happening in the front and side street. I would suggest to buy whitener packages for the coffee. There was sugar but no whitener.

For people our age. getting to our room with luggage was very difficult. We couldn’t do it.
Pros:

We couldn’t get up the stairs with luggage. We are 80 and 85.

Cons:

That very limited accessibility was not mentioned or the fact that overnight parking we were told after arriving was in a parade several blocks away.

The location was good, and the full kitchen was great to have

Cons:

The bathroom was not good, the toilet seat was tucked in a corner and you had to squeeze in. The beds were very uncomfortable

Hardly a hotel, more like a boarding house.
Pros:

Fire hazard with so many appliances plugged into extension cords. Old and dirty building. No amenities. Stairs up were treacherous.
