Cons:

Junior Suite 207 featured low-cost furniture, with a Murphy bed as the main bed !
Bedding was very basic.
Bathroom fan was noisy making its use unpleasant.
Breakfast very disappointing — defrosted croissants, reheated scrambled eggs and no fresh nor local products available.
Staff without care & hospitality.
Overall poor value for money.

Lage gut, Service könnte besser sein und die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut aber sehr kleine Auswahl.. Leider musste die zuständige Dame auch noch den Aussenbereich mit Tagesgästen bedienen. (Das geht gar nicht)

Cons:

Entspricht nicht einer Junior-Suite, sehr kalt und mager eingerichtet. Rezeption nie besetzt, einzig bei der Ankunft war eine Dame vor Ort. Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig da am ersten Abend der Lüfter im Badezimmer sehr laut war habe ich den Lüfter geöffnet und der Filter war komplett verstopft. Habe in offen gelassen, leider wurde dieser bis zu unserer Abreise
nie gereinigt.

Cons:

Sehr schlechter Service, an der Reception war nie jemand! Ticino Ticket wurde erst nach 3-maligem Nachfragen ausgestellt!
Frühstück war sehr spärlich! Keine Teller mehr, Käse wurde erst nach Nachfragen nachgefüllt. Nicht empfehlenswert!
