Pros:

La chambre est superbe
L'environnement est un peu surprenant, mais bien situé pour visiter la ville
L'équipe est sympathique
Le petit déjeuner de bon niveau
La vue du balcon top

Cons:

Il y a un bar au pied de l'hôtel qui organise des soirées un peu bruyante le samedi

Sehr passend für Kurztrip nach Catania
Pros:

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen in altem Stadthaus (wird jetzt verschönert, hoffentlich dann auch mit Fahrstuhl), 8 Gehminuten zum Flughafenbus, äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal (gute Restauranttipps und Hilfe bei Tagesausflug zum Ätna), sehr gutes Frühstück

Ok for one night
Pros:

Location is 15 minutes from downtown and still a bit isolated from big crowd. Stuf was very kind and availible on the phone.

Cons:

location looks a bit scary (we didnt have any problems). Musqitos is also a issue, brekfest very limitid and weak.

Catania ist weit schöner als erwartet
Pros:

Die Lage (eher ruhig) und der in der Nähe gelegene bewachte Parkplatz. Die Location ist im Innern gut renoviert worden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Chiara (la capa) war sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Schliessystem war störungsanfällig, das Bett war recht hart. Das Äussere des Gebäudes und das Treppenhaus sind renovationsbedürftig.

Kann man nur empfehlen, wenn der Preis passt

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht! Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist zentral.

Cons:

Die direkte Umgebung des Hauses ist "interessant" und es liegt ein süsslicher Geruch in der Luft. Aufgrund des Lokals an der Ecke ist es in der Nacht ziemlich laut.
Der Flur und das Stiegenhaus haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, vor einigen Jahrzehnten vielleicht. Die Zimmer sind im zweiten Stock ohne Lift, also kommen Sie besser mit leichtem Gepäck!
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr niedrig und die Wassertemperatur wechselte ständig von heiß zu kalt und umgekehrt.

Je recommande.
Pros:

Notre hôte nous a mis dans une chambre plus confortable que celle réservée car elle était libre, nous avons apprécié ce petit geste !
Bien que l'extérieur de l'immeuble et la cage d'escalier ne fasse pas vraiment envie, l'intérieur n'a rien à voir. C'était très calme et nous avons très bien dormi. Les lits étaient confortables.
Attention il y a beaucoup d'escaliers et pas d'ascenseur.
Un parking a 5 min est disponible (il faut donner les clés aux personnes en charge du parking, nous n'étions pas rassurés mais tout s'est très bien passé)
Je recommande cet endroit.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas vraiment un point négatif mais le petit déjeuner reste très simple et peu fourni mais c'est un petit "hôtel" donc ce n'est pas très étonnant

Buena ubicación. Muy limpio. Un 10 en atención
Pros:

Buena ubicación. A 7 minutos del centro. Muy limpio. Atencion de Kiara( la responsable) un 10. Nos ha ayudado en todo. Parking, búsqueda de lugares de interés, nos ha reservado ella los restaurantes.No podemos pedir mas de un alojamiento.

Pros:

Cama muito confortavel.
Os quartos e receção estão renovados e é tudo de bom gosto

Cons:

O edificio está em obras mas não incomoda. As escadas são confortaveis.
É pena não se poder deixar bagagem durante o dia
