Foi uma estadia boa, mas poderia ter sido excelente, porque o hotel tem condições para tal.
Pros:

Atenção e disponibilidade na recepção aos hóspedes, mas de uma forma direta e pouco empática.
Na generalidade, o hotel encontra-se limpo e asseado, muito apresentável nas partes comuns.

Cons:

Relativamente aos quartos, falta algum cuidado nos pormenores de limpeza.
As toalhas são muito antigas e usadas, e só fica no quarto uma toalha de rosto.
A limpeza não é excelente; fica um pouco aquém do esperado.
Nos dias de hoje, não achei correto ter de deixar um depósito de 100€

Most of the hotel staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming but one of them might make the guest never turn back.

Cons:

Many of the hotel staff were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. Unfortunately, my experience with Khalid was completely different from the rest of the team. He refused to allow my guests to even sit and wait in the hotel lobby while they waited for their flight, even though they were simply looking for a place to wait quietly and were not causing any disturbance.

What made the situation even more disappointing was the way Khalid handled the conversation. His tone and manner of speaking were offensive, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. Instead of politely explaining the hotel’s policy or offering any alternative, he simply stayed quiet and refused to continue the conversation, leaving my guests feeling ignored, uncomfortable, and unwelcome.

I understand that hotels may have certain policies, but there is always a respectful and professional way to communicate them. Unfortunately, Khalid showed very little courtesy or willingness to help, and the way he spoke to my guests was completely inappropriate for someone working in hospitality.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously. One employee’s behavior can easily overshadow the excellent service provided by the many other staff members. Guests and visitors deserve to be treated with professionalism, dignity, courtesy, and respect.

Adequate but disappointing.
Pros:

Good location and adequate rooms around a very nice pool and bar area.

Cons:

The outlet in our bath/shower was completely blocked and we had to wait until next day for a plumber to sort it!

The hotel was fine, cost a lot considering size of rooms but this is reflective of the location.
Pros:

We were looking to stay in a very specific area and so it was convenient for us. Close to beach and San Pedro seafront restaurants. Nice balcony.

Cons:

Some plumbing issues. Uncomfortable sunbeds.

We stayed here as a family of four, with a 9-year-old and a 17-year-old.

Although I’ve been visiting the area for many years, we only stayed here for the first time last year. We really enjoyed it, so we decided to return this year — and once again, we weren’t disappointed!

We were visiting family nearby, so we didn’t spend a huge amount of time at the hotel during the day, but we definitely took full advantage of the amazing breakfast spread. The waitresses soon realised that our son loved ketchup with his breakfast and started bringing it out for him without him even asking, which made him feel very special.

In the late afternoons, we made the most of the outside bar, and all of the waiting and bar staff were incredible. Some we remembered from last year, while the new staff were an absolute breath of fresh air. They were so friendly, chatted with us and quickly got to know our usual drinks orders.

We arrived on my birthday and were so touched to find a lovely bottle of cava with a personal birthday message waiting for me, along with another lovely message and chocolates to welcome us back for another year. During our stay, we also celebrated our daughter’s birthday, and one of the lovely waitresses brought her over a very special drink on the house, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. We ate in the hotel one evening and enjoyed a few nibbles and drinks during our stay. Housekeeping was also fantastic and consistently kept everything to a very high standard.

All of the staff were so welcoming and engaging with our children, which was lovely. We know the hotel mainly attracts couples, but as a family we felt completely comfortable from the moment we checked in.
