The lay out, facilities, breakfast and all the staff.
Ruined by hosting a big stag party ( 15 plus ) and Hen party over 4 nights despite the Hotel regulations saying not allowed.
The Stag party was super loud and frequently using language that was totally inappropriate in front of other people. The hotel management said they didn’t know they had booked !

De zwembad is mooi maar niet groot.
De kamer is klein en heeft geen smart-tv. De tv-kanalen deden het niet. Je moet 10 euro betalen voor de parkeerplaats en 100 euro borgsom voor de minibar, die je terugkrijgt na vertrek als je er niks uit hebt gehaald. De douchekop is los en niet helemaal schoon. En je krijgt twee wc-rollen.
Breakfast was amazing, good choice and well prepared. Staff were all so kind and gracious. Room was a bit small but not cramped. Bed was comfy. Everything was very clean. Great location, away from too much traffic but very near the beach and some restaurants. Only about a 20 mins or less taxi to Old Town. 11 min cycle to Puerto Banús and cycles are rentable from hotel for 4hours or the whole day for a very affordable price. Pool is small but quite clean and has comfy sunbeds.

Lovely pool which didn’t get too busy. The staff ere very helpful and friendly. They made every effort to make us feel at home. Comfortable beds and pillows, hooray!
The pool area could do with some more shade. People were keen to get their sun loungers into the few spots of shade when they could! It would have been good for there to have been a few more lunch time snack options on the menu. The lunch and dinner menu was the same.
Pool area and bar were great as was the staff. Really good food for dinner and the breakfast was great! Loved the options and coffee selections. Location was also excellent.
Pool was littered with leafs and other debris. No TV in room but we didn’t come to watch TV so that was okay. Sat service was down. Extra small room with no table only one tiny chair. Photos were a bit deceptive on the room size.
