Pros:

Mini appartement tussen stations Shin-Okubo en Okubo. Vlak bij Yamamoto line. Prima bedden en badkamer, klein keukentje

Cons:

Kamer was klein, moeilijk om bagage ergens neer te leggen. Keuken uitrusting was erg beperkt: 2 borden, 2 kommen, 2 bekers. Geen glazen, geen koffie/thee (tot nu toe in alle hotels wel iets aanwezig). Geen mogelijkheid voor bagageopslag

Literally per-fect!
Pros:

Literally everything! Spacious, clean, amazing beds, washing machine, good bathroom. The location is perfect, right in between 2 train stations. It takes a 3 minutes walk to both and 1 train stop to Shinjuku main station. I would 100% book this again when I’m in the area.

Cons:

Can’t think of a single thing!

Really good value for money
Pros:

It was comfortable, clean and pretty modern. It has everything what we really needed and is perfectly located between two major stations, while we also enjoyed the quietness of the sidealley.

Cons:

Just one thing: there could have be more dish and cutlery.

Fijn en schoon verblijf, net buiten de drukke straat
Pros:

We hebben 4 dagen met plezier verbleven. Bedden lagen goed, het was erg schoon, alles was aanwezig (zeep, handdoeken, wasmiddel, afwasmiddel). De douche was lekker en goed warm. De keuken hebben we niet gebruikt. De airco deed het goed.
De locatie was top, net buiten de drukke straat maar wel dicht bij twee stations.
Wij wilden nog een nacht bijboeken en dit kon in dezelfde kamer, erg fijn!
