Convenient and mostly comfortable
Pros:

Location was great so close to 2 stations. Small space but used well. Microwave was good. Shower slow to warm up but worked well. Photos of the place and the code locks were helpful in getting access.

Cons:

Absolutely no cutlery in the kitchenette. No glasses. We drank wine from coffee cups and used takeaway chopsticks. Clearly the kitchenette is designed for cooking but not eating.
We arrived very late at night. Google maps worked but there is no sign on the building to confirm this is the place.

Pros:

Location is close to Shin-Okubo station and Okubo station, about 5 mins walk to each.

Cons:

Photos advertised were different when we booked but seemsed like they've fixed it when we checked the booking details again during our stay. We were expecting bigger sized room than what we've gotten.

Bathroom has sewage smell.

The heat from the air-conditing only stays in the room so the rest of the place is cold. Luckily bathroom can be heated.

We were given a room next to the main door that access to the building. Everytime we opened our room door, the main door detected our movement and automatically opened as well...
Very inconvenient and we felt unsafe every time we open our room door.

Pros:

Good location and very convenient laundry-drying clothes.

Cons:

There could have been more and better amenities for that price. Normal toilet paper was for example necessary as the one installed was like thin plastic.
Also the Tv could have international channels and better connectivity to the internet.

Tolles Apartment in top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, 2 Bahnstationen liegen sehr nah, Shinjuku Station ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Restaurants und Supermärkte um die Ecke, die Wohnung selbst ist aber in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Unterkunft ist relativ groß, sehr modern, sauber und mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr gut. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Location was perfect, extremely close to yamanote line, and Chuo Okubo line, equidistant to a family mart, Lawson, 7-Eleven and Don Quijote. They also had memory foam mattresses which helped after long days out in Tokyo.

Cons:

It showed the property as side by side rooms but our room was in one single line from door to the balcony.

Reasonable but we have stayed in much better and better organised places.
Pros:

Was clean, reasonably comfortable (except the main bed) and in a pretty good location tho difficult to find and gain access too.

Cons:

Difficult to find, poor directions and not clear on how to get into the the apartment. The main bed was not very comfortable. The communications with operators was poor, very inflexible and check in time at 4 pm was extremely unreasonable considering the norm is between 2 & 3 pm. I woukd suggest they make check out by 9 -10 am to allow cleaning staff to get to work earlier so people, after a long days international travel can get to the apartment and get settled by 2-3pm.

Pros:

スタッフ不在でマンションの一室なので、自由度が高い

Cons:

予約時点でスタッフ不在という情報が無かったため戸惑った
お風呂の換気扇から悪臭がした
