I wouldn't recommend it, specially not for families
Pros:

The apartment is very clean

Cons:

The place is not easy to find, the area is not very nice, not very good communication with staff (didnt reply as soon as they should).

Pros:

立地が良い割には宿泊費がリーズナブル

Cons:

メールでの案内が全て英語なので非常に困った
宿泊地に到着してホテルに入ろうとするも開錠のの方法が分からず問い合わせ先に電話したが外国人のオペレーターが片言の日本語で対応ししたのでとても困った

דירה נוחה במיקום מצוין! שלוש דקות מהרכבת.
מאובזרת אחלה עם מכונת כביסה וחבל לייבוש.
מקלחת נוחה וחמה. תמורה טובה מאוד למחיר

Cons:

הדירה הייתה בקומת הקרקע ממש על הרחוב, זה רחוב שקט אבל שמענו את האנשים שהולכים ממש מחוץ לחלון. זה לא הפריע לנו אבל הכריח אותנו לסגור את הווילון כל הזמן בשביל פרטיות.
יש כנראה דירות גם בקומות עליונות יותר, אנחנו לא באמת יודעים, אבל אין מעלית!

Pros:

I had the pleasure of staying here for four nights together with my best friend. First of all, it’s super easy to get in using the code, and the entrance is clean and well-maintained. The same goes for the room, which was just the right size for the two of us and was spotless. A nice bathroom and comfortable beds—so overall, nothing to complain about. The accommodation is also very close to two different stations, making it extremely easy to get anywhere in Tokyo. It’s located on a quiet street, but within two minutes you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. I would definitely book this accommodation again in the future and highly recommend it. 10/10.

Pros:

This was a very nice hotel in a very nice location. Near the JR line subway stations and near shinjuku station. Big spacious room with lots of amenities including washer and dryer.

No elevator, not spacious like the photo.
Pros:

Location is quiet, but 15 min walk from Shinjuku. Room is clean. Toilet and bathroom are good. Beds are comfortable.

Cons:

1. Room on floor 3 and no elevator (lift). This was not informed.
2. No place in the room to open the bags.
3. No space as shown in the photo.

Quiet location, explanation in the room for all appliances in english, clean room with everything you need.

Convenient and mostly comfortable
Pros:

Location was great so close to 2 stations. Small space but used well. Microwave was good. Shower slow to warm up but worked well. Photos of the place and the code locks were helpful in getting access.

Cons:

Absolutely no cutlery in the kitchenette. No glasses. We drank wine from coffee cups and used takeaway chopsticks. Clearly the kitchenette is designed for cooking but not eating.
We arrived very late at night. Google maps worked but there is no sign on the building to confirm this is the place.

Pros:

Location is close to Shin-Okubo station and Okubo station, about 5 mins walk to each.

Cons:

Photos advertised were different when we booked but seemsed like they've fixed it when we checked the booking details again during our stay. We were expecting bigger sized room than what we've gotten.

Bathroom has sewage smell.

The heat from the air-conditing only stays in the room so the rest of the place is cold. Luckily bathroom can be heated.

We were given a room next to the main door that access to the building. Everytime we opened our room door, the main door detected our movement and automatically opened as well...
Very inconvenient and we felt unsafe every time we open our room door.
