Great location, but mind the stairs
Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of Lisbon, very close to the legendary Tram 28 stop. There's a small grocery store, a bakery, and many places to eat nearby. The apartment is clean and well-equipped (washing machine, iron, etc.). Clear check-in instructions and a lovely welcome bottle of wine!

Cons:

The apartment is not suitable for heavy luggage due to the very steep and narrow stairs. Also, the floors are quite squeaky — we could hear the neighbors upstairs at night. Finally, the kitchenware (pots and pans) is quite scratched and needs to be replaced.

Good location, comfortable beds

Cons:

The instructions on how to get into the apartment were generally good, but they left out one important detail. The key was unusual in that it needs to be extended in order to unlock the door. The advance instructions omitted that, and I had to text with the management to find this out.

I had a wonderful stay, thank you. I will definitely stay there again next time!
Pros:

Very central, also close to Braga train station.It had everything I needed, I enjoyed the flat a little extra in the rainy days. The lady’s that kept the property in order were very nice and a pleasure to meet.

Cons:

I would say it’s a little “loudly”, you hear absolutely everything from the other flats. But after a couple of days en gets use to it.

Bien mieux que prévu !
Pros:

Très bon emplacement au cœur de la ville authentique. Un logement au rdc très confortable avec une délicate attention, une bouteille de vin !
Les personnes, bien qu’a distance, sont extrêmement attentionnées. Possibilités de laisser ses bagages après Check-out.

Cons:

Manque de lumière naturelle, mais comme on y etait que de nuit, pas grave

La ubicación y lo bien amueblado y todas las facilidades que tiene el apartamento

Entre habitaciones se escuchada todo.
