Sin privacidad, poco iluminado y ventilado.
Pros:

La reforma que habían hecho y la decoración eran muy agradables.
El barrio era muy céntrico y animado.
El apartamento estaba muy limpio y había una botella de vino como detalle de bienvenida.

Cons:

El apartamento solo tiene una ventana. Corresponde a uno de los dormitorios, da a la calle y no tiene cortina. Al ser un bajo si quieres airear pierdes toda la intimidad.
El otro dormitorio no tiene ventana.
Tiene aire acondicionado pero es muy ruidoso y no se podía dormir con él puesto. Así que o te asfixias o duermes con toda la gente que pasa por el callejón mirando tu cama.

Super zentral gelegen. Viel Platz. Bequeme Betten. Gutes und sauberes Bad.

Cons:

Treppen zum Aufstieg sehr steil und eng. Super hellhörig: Man hat es sehr laut gehört durch knarzenden Boden, wenn sich Personen in der Wohnung unten drunter bewegt haben. Sogar in der Nacht davon aufgewacht!

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut, aber eher eine obere Etage wählen wegen des Kellergeruchs.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut in Lissabon, um überall hinzukommen. Außerdem ist das Appartement geschmackvoll einrichtet. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr schnell wegen eines kaputten Stuhls gekümmert und einen neuen gebracht.

Cons:

Das Appartement ist im EG und riecht nach Keller. Wir haben unsere Koffer während des Aufenthalts geschlossen gehalten, damit nicht alles nach feuchtem Keller riecht. Lüften ist nicht so einfach, weil man im Prinzip die Haustür aufmachen muss und dann jeder reinmarschieren kann. Unter der Spüle ist Schimmel zu sehen.

Pros:

Apartman je prostran, kreveti udobni, kuhinja opremljena. Lokacija odlična, u blizini market, pekara i restorani; javni prevoz takodje kao i mnoge turističke atrakcije. Domaćin brzo odgovara na pitanja, Lako se dogovaramo. Posle chek ina mogli smo da ostavimo kofere do polaska na aerodrom.

Cons:

Nama nije smetalo ali da pomenem. Apartman je u prizemlju na samim uličnim stepenicama, pa je često veoma bučno i dosta je prometno. Jedini prozor u apartmanu gleda na tu ulicu.

Très mal dormi:
1.: les matelas n'étaient pas du tout confortables. Mal de gos énorme
2: bruits de l'appartement du dessus, comme des grincements de parquet et le bruit lourd des pas des gens jusqu'à 1h voire 2h du matin

The best value property I could find, but not the best area
Pros:

I stayed in the top floor apartment with small balcony. It was very easy to sleep and comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great having a dishwasher and washing machine. The shower and bathroom were also great. The highlight is definitely the balcony. There were great views and a lovely sunrise viewpoint.

Overall I was happy with my stay and felt like it was good value for money.

Cons:

I have mixed feelings about the location. The nearby area is very dirty, there is a lot of visible drug use and many homeless people nearby. As a solo female traveller there were many times I didn’t feel safe. I was cat called and almost mugged just nearby. This is not the fault of the apartment itself, and the actual street it is located on felt safe. I would recommend avoiding the area around Lg. Terreirinho when going to/from the apartment.

I would also say that I probably wouldn’t stay here other than on the top floor, to avoid the noise of other guests. I could hear it but it was not too bad and I had no one walking up or past my door because of being at the top floor.

The bedroom doesn’t have a window and can be a bit stuffy but the air con and fans work well.

Pros:

Location was great. The apartment had everything you could need, especially a very well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of storage space, closets, and the apartment felt very spacious overall. Having two AC units was also really helpful on colder days.

Cons:

However, sound vibrations traveled very easily through the walls and floors of the building, which interrupted our sleep at times. The bedroom also didn’t have a window, so it was quite dark in the mornings, although it did have a ventilator for airflow.
