varanda com vista MAGNÍFICA. apartamento bem moderno a fazer contraste com a zona. host muito atencioso não demorava a responder às mensagens. cozinha bem equipada. zona muito engraçada para caminhar.

Cons:

gostava que, a pedido, fosse possível ter toalhas novas em estadias com menos de 7 dias. tv sem canais nacionais, tive de fazer chromecast através do meu telemóvel. seria incrível se fosse possível regular a intensidade da luz da sala, muito forte para olhos sensíveis.

CAMAS MUY INCOMODAS, MUCHO RUIDO DE MADRUGADA, MAL DESCANSO, CALLE MUY OSCURA Y APARCAR IMPOSIBLE

la ubicacion

esta en una callejuela sin absolutamente ninguna luz, da miedo, ademas si vas con maletas...mal porque tiene muchisimas escaleras, es una calle empinada estrecha y toda llena de escaleras.
la ventana, que solo tiene una, da a esa calle y si la abres para que entre luz...te ve todo el mundo que pasa..., ademas a las 6 de la madrugada empieza a pasar gente y ya es imposible dormir.
Las camas son de colchon tipo gomaespuma tan blandas que te cuesta muchisimo moverte y las almohadas al contrario son gordas y durisimas...un horror el descanso.
el sofa solo caben 3 personas, por tanto aunque el apartamento sea para 4...una de ellas le toca ver la tele en una silla de cocina, y es un sofa modernista muy incomodo y rigido.
la tv va con un smartbox que tienes que entrar en una aplicacion de tv gratis pero que solo hay canales en portugues...no hay mas...es lo que hay y tampoco aparece un listado para ir pasando de uno a otro...va tipo netflix...o series o pelis...o documentales pero todo en portugues.
cuando ibamos a llegar le pregunté por un parking cercano...no contestó...volvi a preguntarle y respondia por otras cosas pero no por la pregunta del parking...que jamas contestó...., luego supe por que...y es porque no hay ninguno cerca...por lo que si vas en coche...olvidate..., alli no aparcas ni soñando porque lo poquisimo que hay va con parkimetro y tienes que meter dinero cada 2 horas..., nosotros tuvimos suerte y aparcamos justo la plaza de aparcamiento que hay al subir las escaleras y al ser ppuente...no habia ticket...pero si es dia de diario o sabado...chungo chungo...

por cierto al llegar la puerta del baño estaba rota, imposible moverla...se lo dije y fueron a hacer un apaño pero seguia cerrando mal, pero bueno...eso tampoco le di mucha importancia, empujabas con mas fuerza y arreglado.

mi experiencia...mala, no lo recomendaria.

Pros:

De locatie. Het is een steegje, maar wel om de hoek van diverse bezienswaardigheden. Als het donker is is het een rustig steegje.

De bedden liggen goed, prima badkamer en de keuken is goed uitgerust

Cons:

Wij hadden het appartement op de begane grond, helaas valt de voordeur hard in het slot waardoor we 2x wakker zijn geschrokken.

Perfect match: comfortable stay in atmospheric Alfama

The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, including all equipment and minimal cooking-set (salt, pepper, oil). Special thanks for the pillows - they were very comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was really good! The only little issue was a small noice, when someone was walking in the flat below. But this was not crucial at all.
