superbe séjour !
Pros:

Logement très facile d'accès. La petite attention à l'arrivée (bouteille de vin) est tres appréciable !! il y avait de quoi faire quelques lessives et ça c'est top car souvent on doit acheter pour l'utiliser. La vue de l'appartement est juste incroyable ! C'est également super que l'on puisse laisser nos bagages avant l'arrivée et après le checkout car il ya un local mis à disposition avec un digicode.

Cons:

Le seul bémol c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de fenêtres dans la chambre à coucher mais sinon le reste au top !

Great location in Alfama. Comfortable apartment.
Pros:

The location was perfect. There were nice viewpoints nearby. The coffee machine was really nice and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have laundry, a little living room and clean bathroom. We cooked one meal in the kitchen too.

Cons:

There was only one window and because it was facing the street and ground level, we didn't leave it open all night or when we left for the day so the apartment got little musty smelling. Running the dehumidifier helped a bit.

Excellent property and location
Pros:

Excellent property, very clean, bright and spacious. The location was absolutely perfect. Felt very safe accessing the property. Close to the castle and plenty of restaurants.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Appartement in zentraler Altstadtlage mit Abzügen für das Umfeld
Pros:

Es gibt mehrere Appartements im Haus; wir hatten das Appartement im Erdgeschoß. Sauber, modern eingerichtet mit geräumiger Dusche und guter Ausstattung (Geschirr, Handtücher, Pflegemittel). Wasser, Wein und Kaffee standen zur Begrüßung gratis bereit. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter Check in/out über Code/Schlüsselbox. Zentral in der Altstadt (Alfama) gelegen; fussläufig zu allen Attraktionen, Restaurants, Cafés...
Sehr hilfreich war die Möglichkeit, am letzten Tag für die Zeit bis zum Rückflug die kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung zu nutzen. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert

Cons:

Das Appartement liegt im Erdgeschoß und hat kein Tageslicht, da Fenster blickdicht (darauf hat der Vermieter aber proaktiv bereits vor Anreise hingewiesen); Fensteröffnen aufgrund der Lage keine gute Idee. Die Gasse, in der das Appartement liegt ist schlecht beleuchtet und man fühlt sich im Dunkeln eher unwohl, umso erleichterter waren wir, in der Gegend und in diesem Altbau ein solch modernes Appartement vorzufinden. Haus sehr hellhörig

Good location near restaurants and in the center of touristic places. Apartment is spacious.

Cons:

First, most worst experience is very smelly, there is a weird smell all the time during our stay. Second, when people upstairs walk, we can hear very clearly where they are walking to, so very noisy and disturbing.
The apartment setup is not comfortable, the only window is situated near the entrance, no window at the bedroom. The air-conditioning is also near the entrance, so not much air circulation in the bedroom. No plug for the washroom so you need to dry your hair in the kitchen.
We asked for one double bed, it came two single beds stick together, thats find, but, there's a 7cm space in the middle... so just describe as two single beds. Btw, the beds are solid and not comfy.

varanda com vista MAGNÍFICA. apartamento bem moderno a fazer contraste com a zona. host muito atencioso não demorava a responder às mensagens. cozinha bem equipada. zona muito engraçada para caminhar.

Cons:

gostava que, a pedido, fosse possível ter toalhas novas em estadias com menos de 7 dias. tv sem canais nacionais, tive de fazer chromecast através do meu telemóvel. seria incrível se fosse possível regular a intensidade da luz da sala, muito forte para olhos sensíveis.

CAMAS MUY INCOMODAS, MUCHO RUIDO DE MADRUGADA, MAL DESCANSO, CALLE MUY OSCURA Y APARCAR IMPOSIBLE

la ubicacion

Cons:

esta en una callejuela sin absolutamente ninguna luz, da miedo, ademas si vas con maletas...mal porque tiene muchisimas escaleras, es una calle empinada estrecha y toda llena de escaleras.
la ventana, que solo tiene una, da a esa calle y si la abres para que entre luz...te ve todo el mundo que pasa..., ademas a las 6 de la madrugada empieza a pasar gente y ya es imposible dormir.
Las camas son de colchon tipo gomaespuma tan blandas que te cuesta muchisimo moverte y las almohadas al contrario son gordas y durisimas...un horror el descanso.
el sofa solo caben 3 personas, por tanto aunque el apartamento sea para 4...una de ellas le toca ver la tele en una silla de cocina, y es un sofa modernista muy incomodo y rigido.
la tv va con un smartbox que tienes que entrar en una aplicacion de tv gratis pero que solo hay canales en portugues...no hay mas...es lo que hay y tampoco aparece un listado para ir pasando de uno a otro...va tipo netflix...o series o pelis...o documentales pero todo en portugues.
cuando ibamos a llegar le pregunté por un parking cercano...no contestó...volvi a preguntarle y respondia por otras cosas pero no por la pregunta del parking...que jamas contestó...., luego supe por que...y es porque no hay ninguno cerca...por lo que si vas en coche...olvidate..., alli no aparcas ni soñando porque lo poquisimo que hay va con parkimetro y tienes que meter dinero cada 2 horas..., nosotros tuvimos suerte y aparcamos justo la plaza de aparcamiento que hay al subir las escaleras y al ser ppuente...no habia ticket...pero si es dia de diario o sabado...chungo chungo...

por cierto al llegar la puerta del baño estaba rota, imposible moverla...se lo dije y fueron a hacer un apaño pero seguia cerrando mal, pero bueno...eso tampoco le di mucha importancia, empujabas con mas fuerza y arreglado.

mi experiencia...mala, no lo recomendaria.

Mooi verblijf voor weinig
Pros:

De locatie. Het is een steegje, maar wel om de hoek van diverse bezienswaardigheden. Als het donker is is het een rustig steegje.

De bedden liggen goed, prima badkamer en de keuken is goed uitgerust

Cons:

Wij hadden het appartement op de begane grond, helaas valt de voordeur hard in het slot waardoor we 2x wakker zijn geschrokken.
