La vista desde la habitación. El tamaño de la habitación
La información incorrecta sobre los servicios. En la descripción del hotel indica que disponen de restaurante, actividades, incluso hay fotografías de la piscina, cuando llegamos hospedarnos NINGUNO de estos servicios estuvieron disponibles. Le indique esto al administrador y me supo decir que lo único que podía hacer es irme a dormir y descansar, que ningún servicio estaba funcionando porque ellos se enfocan en eventos y no en hospedaje. Debido a mi queja me indico que lo mejor es que me vaya a otro hotel de su misma cadena y viaje de vuelta a Riobamba con mi familia en la noche, nos ofrecieron una mínima compensación por la información errónea en su web y en Booking pero jamás se dio. No recomiendo este hotel, a menos que se llame a preguntar si están operativos.

Excelente hospedarme en La Hostería El Troje realmente superó mis expectativas . El servicio fue excelente, las instalaciones muy cómodas y el personal muy atento a cada detalle . Una experiencia que sin duda lo recomiendo.
Nada, pusieron la excusa de que porque era entre semana no tenían los servicios que alegan en la página e incluso estaba más cara la habitación por no estar en temporada
No te emiten las facturas electrónicas al correo, de hecho espere como tres días para que me corrigieran las facturas, y la subieran al sri, como es su obligación.
The breakfast (at least the first day) was really good, and the place is beautiful on the outside. Lacking on maintenance and just general care for the clients experience.
Arriving they didn't have the keys to our room, we were 3 people and everything was set for only 2 (towels, amenities, water, chairs). We stayed for 2 nights and on the 2nd one, they couldn't help as with setting up the chimney and the complete breakfast, they had given us the day before. The pictures of the room had a cozy chimney area with cushions, no cushions for us... In general, we had high expectations and it didn't meet them at all.
Beautiful location overlooking a lovely Andean valley. Large room, agreeable farm animals to pet.
Unclean floor, old linens, not enough towels, electric shower heater. Little care for the interior grounds. And I was incessantly pestered to pay although their card payments system wasn't working. Unsurprisingly, the breakfast coffee was instant.
