Great stay!
Pros:

We arrived extremely early (around before 8am) and Gűven was so helpful by changing rooms to allow us to check in at that time without having to wait until 2pm. He really went out of his way and this speaks to exceptional customer service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always had a smile on their faces and always eager to assist - this helped alot. The room was clean and we had everything that we needed. Great location.
We tried the tram and marmaray for the 1st time and it was really easy and convenient with the guidance of the staff from Erboy on how to use it! Loved the stay !

Ottimo hotel, gentilezza e location top! Lo consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno ad Istanbul.
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, comoda e centrale. Gentilezza e disponibilità. Buona la stanza, molto comodo il letto e eccellente il livello di pulizia. La manger dell'hotel super disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione non troppo ricca e la trasparenza della comunicazione. Non è stato possibile usare la sala lettura a differenza di quanto pubblicizzato.

Stanza comoda, pulita molto bene insonorizzata - abbiamo preso una tripla e i letti molto comodi e anche i cuscini assolutamente perfetti; bagno ottimo, sempre acqua calda, doccia eccellente e anche se non è previsto il bidet...comunque l'igienico presente è dotato di doccetta interna perfettamente funzionante. Colazione ottima con propensione per il "gusto salato": ottime le marmellate e le creme e i panini sempre fragranti. L'albergo è situato assolutamente vicino alla basilica cisterna, alla basilica di Santa Sofia, alla moschea blu e al Palazzo Topkapi.
Un'esperienza davvero positiva in una struttura molto accogliente.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für Istanbul-Trip mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich umd hilfsbereit. Ein privater Transfer vom und zum Flughafen wurde organisiert. Auch eine Empfehlung für Restaurants wurde gegeben. Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Betten und Kopfkissen sind bequem. Durch die kürzliche Renovierung des Hotels wurden auch Neue Fenster angebracht, welche die Lautstärke von der Umgebung fast zur Gänze unterdrücken. Das Hotel ist eine tolle Augangslage für Ausflüge. Zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar, sowie der unmittelbare Anschluss an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist gegeben. Das Hotel verfügt über ein tolles Restaurant.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Das Rucken mit Sesseln aus den anderen Zimmern ist genauso zu hören, wie das schließen der schweren Zimmertüren. Verbesserungswürdig ist das Frühstück. Als Kaffee ist nur der Filterkaffee wirklich trinkbar. Auch die Auswahl an Speisem könnte abwechseluntsreicher sein. Der relativ kleine Frühstücksraum sorgt schnell für einen hohen Lärmpegel.
