Pros:

Great bed, good pillows, great lighting and aircon. The shower was fabulous. There is a safe and fridge in the room. Blackout curtains. Hotel has double glazing so it's quiet even though the hotel is in a busy neighbourhood. Very close to 3 tram lines and the metro. Nice, helpful staff. Hotel is quite modern for the area. Nice rooftop hotel. There is a television and phone in the room but I never used them. The hotel is so well situated for the old town and all of the historic sites.

Cons:

The room is a bit small. Slightly on the drab side even though all is modern and updated. Bathroom is a very tight fit. We could hear the people in the next room talking and laughing till 1am each night. Breakfast needs a better variety. A tissue box and vanity kit would have been nice. 2 bottles of water are offered but only on the first night of the stay. I used their private taxi service from the the airport but honestly I don't think it's worth the price. The car was old and had no aircon and it was 32°. Take the metro/tram instead.

Ottima colazione.
Posizione vicinissima ai siti principali raggiungibili a piedi. Staff disponibile, inoltre mi sono trovata benissimo prenotando con loro il trasfer andata e ritorno aeroporto.

좋은 위치, 깨끗한 방
Pros:

위치가 블루 모스크 등 유적지에서 걸어 5분거리가 최고였다. 4박하는 동안 방을 매일 깨끗히 청소했으며 조식도 괜찮았다. 7층 루프탑 레스토랑이 있는데 밤에 야경을 보며 맥주한잔 하는 것도 기억에 남는다.

Cons:

단 한가지 부정적인 것 : 떠나는 날 오후 5시에 airport transfer를 예약했는데 5시 30분이 넘어서야 왔다. 우리는 호텔 로비에서 거의 1시간 가까이 기다릴 수 밖에 없었다. 이유에 대한 설명도 충분치 않았다.

Great hotel, great location, great staff, great everything!!!
Pros:

The property itself was great. It was close to hocapaşa which is wear you can find amazinggggg restaurants. It’s also walking distance to Topkapi palace, Aya Sofia and the Blue Mosque. It also is near the metro which is great to get you anywhere you need to go. All in all it was an amazing hotel with friendly staff, great service, with clean and comfortable rooms.
The breakfast was also amazing. It was a very balanced breakfast. Yes the breakfast is the same everyday but you get amazing cheeses, breads, honey, olives. All things native to the country. Absolutely loved the breakfast personally!
So many cats too!!!

Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at Erboy Hotel in Istanbul and would happily stay here again.
This was a nicer standard hotel, rooms were super clean, comfortable and well maintained. The bathroom was a little smaller than we expected, but it was spotless, and had all you would need. The only downside was that there wasn't an iron in the room, and reception didn't have one available either when we asked. Breakfast was good, with a varied buffet selection of hot and cold items that changed slightly from day to day, so there was always a a decent variety. The only part that could be improved was the coffee, which was probably the weakest item on the breakfast menu.
The biggest highlight of this hotel is its fantastic location. The tram stop is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to travel around the city. In fact, most of Istanbul's main attractions are within walking distance. We were close to the Bosphorus boat tours, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the Grand Bazaar, and many other historical sites and beautiful masjids. It really is an ideal base for exploring the city.
The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. We felt safe throughout our stay, and it's an excellent choice for families.
A quick tip for anyone travelling to Turkey: it's worth taking some cash in your home currency and exchanging it at one of the many local exchange offices, as the rates are generally very competitive. While cards are accepted in many places, some smaller businesses prefer cash because card payments can incur bank processing fees. We found carrying some cash made things easier.
Overall, we had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Erboy Hotel to anyone looking for a quality, comfortable and perfectly located place to stay in Istanbul. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

If we go again to Istanbul, pretty sure that we will choose Erboy Hotel!
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff was really kind and flexible. They help us everything!
The restaurant in the rooftop: the meal was perfect quality and the view amazing!
Most of the important points (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, Gülhan park, Galata Bridge) in few minutes walk.
So it was perfect!

قربه من محطه ترامم
Pros:

انه نظيف وقريب من محطه مترو غولهاني.

Cons:

قناني المياه الذي توضع مجانا كل يوم
فقط يضعونها اول يوم الدخول
وهذا في رائي عمل غير جيد لان ما قيمه شرائيه لها. بس تحدث فرق مع النزيل وانا من هذه المعامله. لا اريد ان انزل فيه مره اخرى
