The room view and location were great
Pros:

The room was spacious and was on the top floor. It was a good room with a living room with balcony and also had a bedroom and bathroom and a kitchen. The view from the room was wonderful for a traveller. The location was good enough as it's in the city centre. We are happy only for the view of the beautiful mountains and the city as the location was good enough.

Cons:

The check in was not smooth enough as after finding the building we had to check in ourselves with the key provided in a locker. There was no receptionist who could have helped us. It was a bit confusing. The bathroom was not clean. The kitchen didn't have enough cutleries or vessels to cook. The stove heating was pretty much low. Nothing was clean enough to use it. They didnt have a waste bin to throw away the waste which was a much needed one as you are staying for more than two days. There were no staff that we could attend to and it was a bit annoying as they only provided one toilet roll or towels and the rest we had to buy.

I booked a Superior apartment but was given a smaller “Deluxe” unit with no view and fewer amenities

The location was as promised. It was easy enough to find.

Cons:

I did not receive the apartment I had originally booked, and when I raised this issue with the host, he insisted that I had in fact received the correct apartment. His only “compromise” was to offer that I could leave one night earlier, despite having booked two nights.

The booking was for a “Superior” apartment, not the “Deluxe” version. These are clearly two different units with several notable differences. The Superior apartment is 88 m² compared to 50 m² for the Deluxe, it includes a mountain view (the Deluxe had no view at all due to its lower level), and it also comes with a number of additional features such as more seating in the kitchen, a bidet in the bathroom, and a proper sofa bed. These details are visible in the description and photos on Booking.com, making it evident that they are separate listings with different characteristics and pricing.

I attempted to find a reasonable compromise with the host (with whom I communicated via WhatsApp), but instead of acknowledging the discrepancy, he repeatedly denied that there are substantial differences between the apartments. This approach was disappointing and left the impression of a lack of transparency and accountability.

Het interieur, grote kamer inclusief bank en uitzicht over de hele stad.

Cons:

Afwerking had ietsje beter gekund, maar was prima. Houd er rekening mee dat het zo’n 20 minuten lopen is naar het centrum.

Perfecte ligging en mooi zicht op de stad

Het appartement is heel goed gelegen, van daaruit is alles goed te voet bereikbaar. Appartement op de 14de verdieping was ruim en heel netjes. Mogelijkheid om ontbijt te nemen in bar onder het appartement, maar ook volop mogelijkheden in Tirana stad.

Cons:

Wij moesten 's nachts inchecken via self check in, het leek wel het tv-programma van De Mol. We kregen eerst een code van de kluis in de inkom waarin onze badge voor het appartement was. De juiste badge lag er echter niet, dus moesten we contactpersoon opbellen. We mochten andere badge nemen van ander appartement nemen. Dan verschillende codes nog om de verschillende deuren te openen.
De batterij van de kluis was plat, ook batterij afstandsbediening van tv was plat.

Pros:

La struttura è davvero ottima, molto pulita e accogliente. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, ideale per un soggiorno rilassante. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Tutto è stato perfetto, ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente torneremo

Good value for money for short stays
Pros:

The property is located very central and has restaurants and cafes near by. Good value for money. Newly renovated and modern interior in a very nice apartment building.

Cons:

The bathrooms are open concept without shower curtains, which makes showering and not getting everything wet hard. The property does not offer any coffee or tea. The property sleeps 6, of which two are on a non-pull out couch.

Abbiamo prenotato e PAGATO per 6 persone, peccato che al nostro arrivo mancava un letto…ho scritto subito alla struttura e mi hanno detto che si poteva dormire nel divano…le lenzuola e le federe dei cuscini fradicie e puzzolenti di umido…anche questo detto alla struttura la quale mi ha semplicemente risposto “sentiti libera di lasciare la casa”….le foto non corrispondono assolutamente al reale. La casa è vuota e in bagno non puoi poggiare nulla, neanche un asciugamano. Il letto della camera aveva le doghe in legno completamente spaccate e dormire nei buchi è stato molto complicato. La cosa assurda è che abbiamo trovato un tampax usato )assorbente per le mestruazioni) in soggiorno, lo stesso in cui 2 persone dovevano dormire.
Ho lasciato i contanti in cucina, ma ora chiederò a booking un rimborso perché è stata l’esperienza peggiore della mia vita. Incompetenti e nemmeno hanno chiesto scusa.
