De dames aan de receptie hielpen wel bij een vraag, maar dat was het wel. Over bij ontbijt en dame van de schoonmaak waren super vriendelijk
Quarto espaçoso, funcionários amáveis, empréstimo de toalhas para praia, fácil estacionamento, boa localização (acesso fácil a Punda e Otrobanda, a pé).
Café da manhã servido num pátio agradável, debaixo das árvores, que é cobrado no checkout, conforme consumo, o que achamos justo.
Apesar de agradável o ambiente onde é servido, o café da manhã poderia ser melhor - pois deve-se escolher uma opção no cardápio, que não é muito sortido - a que escolhemos veio com uma porção de frutas muito pequena para duas pessoas; o café é servido em garrafa térmica e não é dos melhores, além de acabar rápido; o atendimento é um pouco demorado (tanto para tirar o pedido, como para trazer a refeição).

Kamer heeft weinig natuurlijk licht.
Todo fue excelente. El hotel y la habitación hermosas. El personal super amable.
Lo único regular fue la cama, súper amplia pero el colchón ya necesita un cambio.
I spent a week here. It’s a nice place to stay. It’s a beautiful building. Within walking distance of Punda and Otrabanda. Room was spacious and comfortable. I liked the bed as well. Most days they cleaned the room and provided clean towels.

I would’ve liked a bit more interaction with the staff. I only talked to one security guy and one cleaning lady.
The doors and windows are made of wood and have these sort of openings in them, which means you have no privacy when it comes to noise.
On three nights there was quite a lot of noise from some event going on in the hotel or at the neighbors. The music was very loud.
Be aware that you can’t use European plug!
De locatie is een beetje verstopt, maar vrij rustig en dichtbij de haven. Genoeg horeca, en vermaak. Bed was heerlijk.
Geen warm water uit kraan van de wasbak. En een opbergkast of plank was ook wel handig geweest. En als er dan toch een waterkoker staat met mokken en theeglazen, zet erdan ook koffie, thee en dergelijke bij.
The staff was very friendly, I appreciate that.
The accommodation was very disappointing. I booked four nights but left shortly after arriving. I travel frequently, so I feel confident in my expectations. The photos online were far more flattering than the reality. The property is in need of updates. Given the price point, I expected a higher standard. I’m surprised by the 8.8 rating, as my experience was very different.
