J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Leonardo. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été très bien accueilli et j’ai tout de suite senti une atmosphère agréable, professionnelle et chaleureuse.

L’hôtel est confortable, propre et bien situé. Les espaces communs sont agréables, la chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, et l’ensemble du séjour s’est très bien déroulé. On sent que l’équipe fait attention aux détails et cherche vraiment à offrir une bonne expérience aux clients.

Je veux surtout souligner l’accueil exceptionnel de Fabrice. Il a été particulièrement gentil, disponible, souriant et très professionnel. Son sens du service fait vraiment la différence : il prend le temps d’aider, de répondre aux questions et de faire en sorte que les clients se sentent bien reçus. C’est exactement le genre d’accueil qui donne envie de revenir.

Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel Leonardo pour ce très bon séjour, et un grand merci en particulier à Fabrice pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
