Cons:

Le fait que le personnel de l’accueil ne puisse pas procéder à des réservations ultérieures - j’ai dû ajouter une nuit à mon séjour - le personnel ne pouvait pas le faire !!!!!!
J’ai du demander à ma nièce de le faire pour moi !!!!!!!

Wonderful and helpful staff welcomed us to the hotel. We will be back, our stay was too short.

A fabulous stay in Netanya - really made our holiday!

Every part of our stay was wonderful. Fabrice was exceptional, attentive, thoughtful and went out of his way to make our stay wonderful - including discussions about Rugby and inviting us to enjoy a hotel dinner.

Pros:

The location, the room and the breakfast. The bottles of wine and water were a nice touch. The bed and bedding comfie. We felt right at home.

Cons:

The amount and quality of the toilet paper and hand soap could improve but for one night... OK.
