The room was too hot, the water was too cold, but the staff were nice.

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The room was incredibly warm and we could not get it down to a reasonable temperature. It was 29 degrees Celsius (84 farenheit) and even opening the window and using a fan we could not get it below 26 Celsius. It was uncomfortably warm to try and sleep here. We asked the staff about the heat and they suggested opening a window and provided a fan, neither really worked. In addition to this, the hot water in the bathroom never got really above tepid. The room was too hot and the water was too cold. These are discomforts we weren't really expecting in a hotel of this price and caliber.
