Excellent breakfast

Great hotel, attended a party there and all was very good. Food excellent
Charge for using pool and gym, this should be included in ur stay
Room was perfectly adequate and good for the cost, as was dinner. The room and the hotel were all clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. In Staff were all friendly, helpful and industrious. Surroundings were comfortable, quiet and attractive. Plenty of on-site parking, with easy access.
Bed was so soft any movement threatened to spill you onto the floor. Food was mixed - dinner was good value and enjoyable, but cooked breakfast was left in heated trays and even at 8am was lukewarm at best and very overcooked. Rolls weren't very fresh, in a location where good bakers proliferate. Staggered, timed breakfast certainly helped prevent queuing but all self-service was a bit soulless.
Breakfast was nice. Large dining room, cute lounge. The bar was limited on brands but we brought some for our room. Cute place. No elevator so we walked 3 flights but I could use the exercise. We walked a little over a mile from a bar. It’s beautiful outside/trees grounds. Our room was very comfortable.
Don’t park under the trees. Birds made a mess of our car. lol
The whole experience was great , from booking in to booking out. Staff were excellent .. 10 out of 10
No safe in room.
The hotel is beautiful and in a quiet area easy transport links
All good
Nice, country hotel vibe but in a good location.
Maybe slightly worn.
Love staying at this hotel in Broughty Ferry. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location and setting of the hotel are excellent and natural, surround by beautiful big trees and wildlife. A real oasis but yet so close to the bustling town of Broughty Ferry.
The pool and leisure facilities are perhaps in need of some TLC but still relaxing and enjoyable. The staff and leisure club users are always so friendly and very welcoming.
The leisure facilities are a little dated and in need of repair but still usable and very acceptable.
The staff were consistently excellent, and the facilities were well maintained and enjoyable. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered great value for money. The location was also ideal for a quite stay, yet only 10 minutes away from the city centre! The breakfast was also great, fresh, with a selection of options and a full Scottish.
The breakfast booking and rules. Having to book your breakfast in advance on your holidays is bad, especially for families with kids. Hunger control a kid is not a fun idea! Then the table is booked for 45' and when you have to serve and feed your kid(s) and eat yourself, you barely have time to shove it down. Definitely not a holiday policy!
Room was clean
Shower head didn't fully work and leaked onto the bathroom floor
TV didnt work
Mattress on bed was very thin
Toilet paper was also cheap and thin
Location of the hotel is great.
Nothing
Location, parking, comfort and bar
