Beautiful hotel, very well located and with clean facilities and quiet areas. We were glad to notice the doors didn't sound to strongly when moving between the halls, which allowed us to get a pleasant sleep. Good value for the price.
Great location. Comfy beds. Nice & quiet. Bar staff were really nice.
Paying for swimming pool separately Would've liked it to be included in the room price.
EVENING MEAL WAS EXCELLENT
ALL GOOD
Good breakfast , Nice neiborhood
The hotel needs renovation. There is no plug near to the bed and although the hotel provided an extension cable it was quite uncofortable to have cables all over the room.
The area is so calming .
The pool and jacuzzi are amazing.
Having my TV alarm wake us up at 00.00
Could do with a few mire changing rooms in the fitness area
Cleanliness of room and bathroom. The swimming pool. Reception staff lovely.
Grumpy lifeguard, sauna being repaired and food in restaurant was TERRIBLE
Location
Stairs
Friendly and helpful staff, nice bar area, swimming pool, steam & sauna rooms are well maintained and hotel was clean.
Leisure changing rooms need a refresh (feels outdated compared to the rest of leisure facilities) and weight lifting equipment in the gym needs replaced (heavily rusted and well used) still functional but not great.
The mattress in our room could do with a swap out, no support and very old.
Calm and clean and lovely
Nothing I didn’t like
We have stayed here a few times and is convenient for meeting friends in broughty ferry. Hotel is a little old fashioned but it was clean.
The bed wasn’t all that comfy
The swimming pool and the staff was really nice.
The room was a bit old, but it was ok we still could enjoy.
The setting,the staff,generous sized rooms.
Maybe the wall display units just off reception could be tidied up,all of the pics info etc had fallen off. Only small I know but still important.
The bed surround was very dirty, you can get covers for these that fit around the base it let the room down as everything else wonderful.small things like this can let the image down.
The gardens can be cleaned up,there was foliage to the left of the drive on the way out needing tidied.
This hotel was is nice, beautiful grounds and nice location,
The hall ways are wide and welcoming, and the room was not a disappointment, with everything you need
When I arrived, I had actually booked the wrong date, I found the receptionists attitude rude and unwelcoming, no one made me feel welcome
The breakfast
No lift
Lovely setting. Easy to find.
As we don't eat much at breakfast, would have been good to have cheaper continental. £12.50 far too much to take just tea and toast or cereal for example.
Room pool
Nothing
