Het personeel kent je direct bij naam. Ze geven het idee dat jij de enige bezoeker bent. En allemaal zo aardig en vriendelijk. Hulde

The attentiveness of all the staff was exceptional. It was wonderful to be greeted with cold water and a face washer after being out roaming the streets in the heat. The breakfasts were great and the coffee excellent. The pool was deliciously cool. So refreshing. We would definitely choose to stay at this place again.
There was nothing I didn't like although the beds were so large that the bedding didn't always fit so well.
Really lovely hotel, a little more intimate than its sister 'Residences' and closer to the center of action. Absolutely lovely staff who were there at every moment with a cool drink and refreshing cold face towell. Real fivew star attention. Genuinely loved it and would not hesitate to return.
Siem Reap has changed a bit since I was last there 10 or so years ago, more of a party town. 'Pub Street' is like a Cambodian Disneyland, which is not a plus, and there could be a bit of background noise at night. But that was well within tolerable limits.
We stayed in Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel for six days. I’ve holidayed in multiple SE Asian countries and we would rate this as one of our best stays. Rooms were large and elegant. Pool was a dream and looked magic at night. The most pleasant and unexpected surprise was the attentiveness of the hotel staff … they were simply amazing and embarrassingly made us feel like royalty or at least very special. Would like to give a personal thanks and shout out to Viriya, Nisa and Reaksa for being so kind and looking after us so well. Only issue I had was the hotel laundry costs were way too expensive, so try to avoid and use a local laundrette.
Prima hotel op uitstekende locatie. Fijn zwembad. Lekkere cocktails en aardig personeel.
Amazing staff! We hated to leave
People very polite and very helpfull. Always when arriving the hotel we received towels. Nice cold tea served at the pool. Nhut, Nhida, Devid and chief pool were serving very good. Also all the other staff and housekeeping employees deservs the best
Nothing
Super friendly staff, best service, wonderful hotel. Great location. This is a super gem in central Siem Reap. Unassuming when you enter, but from the first greeting, refresher towel or complimentary fruit, the staff excel. The hotel is excellent in every aspect. Bravo!!!
Nothing bad at all. Super!
La façon dont le personnel est aux petits soins et l’excellent niveau d’anglais qu’ils ont
D’excellents repas et petit déjeuner

In a 3-week trip to Asia, this was probably our favourite stay -- it's an absolute oasis of tranquility and comfort, steps from the busy centre of the tourist area. You can step out to anything, but the sound of the city didn't come in at all. The staff were absolutely exceptional - Mr. Leap, Davith, Nissa, Votey were the names I wrote down but everybody was so wonderful and helpful, going above and beyond. 3 quick examples. For instance, they found out my partner was gluten free, so got gluten free bread for the breakfast - so many examples like that. The facilities were great, room was comfy and spacious, cleaned immaculately every day, and the pool was great to cool off after hot days of activities. Even the food was top-notch and they made a quality mai tai. I could write a novel about all the great things about this place.
There was a gecko that couldn't have been inside the room but was somehow super loud and woke us up every night -- probably a random occurrence.
The hotel is a little sanctuary right in the action of Siem Reap. The staff are wonderful.
Everything about our stay was fantastic. The location is right where you need to be but quietly tucked away. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was lovely too. Food and drink was very nice and varied. All the above makes for an excellent stay, but........ what makes this place REALLY special is the whole team that runs this place led by Redate. They are magnificent in all they do. Every single one of them. We honestly felt like royalty during our stay. If you need to stay in Siem Reap and don't stay here, you've missed out.
