Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner , le service de lavage du linge , hôtel très calme proche du centre sans les nuisances sonores.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Tao Veasna, who made sure everything was perfect for us.
When we arrived, we were welcomed with a drink and some snacks, and the staff helped us with our bags and showed us to our room. The morning we were heading out to see Angkor Wat at sunrise, they even prepared a boxed breakfast for us to take along in our tuk tuk. Every time we came back to the hotel, we were greeted at the entrance with a cold towel and cold water. Those little touches really made a difference.
The breakfast was delicious, and we loved that we could order whatever we wanted from their menu instead of just having a buffet. Our room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool.
The location was also perfect. It is right in the heart of town and just a short walk to Pub Street and the markets.
This was definitely a 5-star experience that would have cost hundreds of dollars a night in the USA. I honestly wish we had more time to stay at this hotel and explore more of Siem Reap. If I had known ahead of time how nice the hotel was and how friendly and helpful everyone would be, we definitely would have stayed longer.
We would absolutely stay here again!

いつも笑顔で挨拶してくださり、チェックインやチェックアウトのおもてなしはもちろん、外出の度にもてなされました。
たくさんのメニューから選ぶ朝ごはんは、フルーツやパンは食べ放題、プールサイドでいただくので幸せな朝です！
日本のコンセントもそのまま使えました！
毎日水が補給されたり、おやつが出たりもします。ロビーでくつろいでいてもお菓子を出してくださいます。

Tout était parfait de l accueil à la fin de notre séjour . Le personnel est au petit soin , le sourire est au rendez vous à importe qu elle heure de la journée . Le petit déjeuner est excellent , le site est très bien placé , boutiques , marchés , et restaurants , peuvent se faire à pied .

This is probably the nicest hotel in terms of service that I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, offering cold towels every time I’d come back. They also give you some welcome drinks and snacks and every evening some brownies would be dropped off. Room is nice and clean. Pool is also nice. Location was right next to the Pub street but it wasn’t loud. Nice breakfast à la carte too.

The friendliest staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay truly wonderful. Cold towels and water each time we returned to the hotel, refreshing lemon tea and fruit provided around the pool. Greeted by our name each time and enquiring if there was anything else we needed. Such beautiful staff and yummy food! Great location too, close to main centre, but very quiet.

Fantastic location

L'accueil et l'attention du personnel a été excellent. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité du service , la délicatesse, la tenue et le professionnalisme du personnel. Pendant tout le séjour, ils ont été d'une grande gentillesse et aux petits soins pour nous (ventilateurs, anti-moustiques, boissons et fruits dans la chambre,..)
L'emplacement au centre ville facilite les visites. Cependant l’hôtel étant en retrait de la rue, il nous a offert un environnement calme et apaisant.
Le restaurant de très bonne qualité nous a permis d'apprécier la cuisine Cambodgienne (au petit déjeuner et au diner)

The staff: vaesna and Nery treated us like family always warm and charming

As soon as we checked in we were looked after like royalty. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent and the hotel was a couple of minutes from the centre of town.

The staff was amazing!

Closeness to a lot of tourist facilities but still in its own secluded oasis. Staff and service were absolutely amazing.

Personal de gran nivel, siempre con una sonrisa y mucha amabilidad para que tengas una gran estancia. La piscina es maravillosa para refrescarse, sobre todo al volver de Angkor. La ubicación fantástica con restaurantes por todos lados.
El desayuno es personalizado, pudiendo elegir entre varias opciones y todas muy ricas.

Centrally located, very clean, lovely hotel and rooms with very attentive staff.
