Oasis in the centre with wonderful staff and tranquil vibe
Pros:

In a 3-week trip to Asia, this was probably our favourite stay -- it's an absolute oasis of tranquility and comfort, steps from the busy centre of the tourist area. You can step out to anything, but the sound of the city didn't come in at all. The staff were absolutely exceptional - Mr. Leap, Davith, Nissa, Votey were the names I wrote down but everybody was so wonderful and helpful, going above and beyond. 3 quick examples. For instance, they found out my partner was gluten free, so got gluten free bread for the breakfast - so many examples like that. The facilities were great, room was comfy and spacious, cleaned immaculately every day, and the pool was great to cool off after hot days of activities. Even the food was top-notch and they made a quality mai tai. I could write a novel about all the great things about this place.

Cons:

There was a gecko that couldn't have been inside the room but was somehow super loud and woke us up every night -- probably a random occurrence.

Would highly recommend this wonderful hotel. It’s a little sanctuary close to pub street. The staff are amazing!

Pros:

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The location is right where you need to be but quietly tucked away. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was lovely too. Food and drink was very nice and varied. All the above makes for an excellent stay, but........ what makes this place REALLY special is the whole team that runs this place led by Redate. They are magnificent in all they do. Every single one of them. We honestly felt like royalty during our stay. If you need to stay in Siem Reap and don't stay here, you've missed out.

Best place to stay in Siem Reap
Pros:

What a fantastic place to stay. Staff are such an awesome asset to this property as they were all amazing.Great location. Couple minute walk to pub street, but quiet.surrounded by cheap great restaurants.Bed/shower were awesome. Would only ever stay here for next visit

A very special place with an awesome staff
Pros:

Everything was terrific. The staff was the best I've encountered. They were attractive, friendly, professional and always focused on making our experience at the hotel special. The food and beverage department did a good job, very consistent. The spa treatment room was very convenient and the location was perfect.

Lovely boutique hotel in heart
Pros:

Gorgeous boutique hotel, right in the heart of siem reap but still quiet. Staff are so attentive, cannot fault the service

Cons:

Just an observation not a criticism, the privacy between bedroom and bathroom area is non existent. One to bear in mind depending who you're sharing with

Loved it. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The staff were incredible! They were extremely friendly and attentive. There were lots of small touches and attention to detail you don’t get at other hotels. I felt very cared for. I was travelling alone and ended up very sick and the staff were so kind and kept checking in on me and made sure I was OK. The location was also perfect - within walking distance to Pub St, markets and lots of restaurants and shops.

Cons:

I had a room on a corner - it lacked some privacy as both corner rooms slightly looked onto each other.
