La ubicación es excelente, la villa está muy bien diseñada y la ventilación es muy buena. La compañía de los gatos es un plus y por las noches te visita un cuatí muy amigable..

Al llegar hay un teléfono que te indica que marques para que te den acceso pero estuve 15 minutos intentando que me contestaran sin éxito hasta que una persona me dejo pasar y pude ir a recepción por mi llave, durante toda mi estancia 5 días nunca fueron a realizar la limpieza de la habitación, el refri no cerraba bien
We had an outer deck with table & chairs plus hammock. Super spot to relax. We overlooked the city. The larger pool was beautiful. Great breeze.
Very Mexican place, (meaning kind, thoughtful & helpful) and when a problem arose with Booking.com not reserving the extra night we had added and paid for, the owner & manager at hotel went out of their way to make other arrangements for us, in spite of the inconvenience caused by our not packing up prior to new guests arrival. Once we explained they quickly found us a place for the night, they then moved us and our belongings to now location.
We loved the place, constructive criticism is that kitchen was quite sparse (no coffee pot, few utensils) but we made good use of it and appreciated being able to eat in and make fresh fruit smoothies in blender provided.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar and the bed is extremely hard. The room is run down and could use more indoor seating; there wasn’t anywhere to sit as they had a day bed set up in the main living space. The music and blaring horn sounds went into the early morning hours. Bring earplugs.
There was no breakfast, no cafeteria either as indicated on the site. They did make coffee every morning which was nice.
We were excited to rent the Queen Room. When we were taken up to the room on arrival two other quests popped out of an adjacent bedroom into what we thought was our kitchen/ dining/deck area. Nope, we apparently were to share the common area, our jaws dropped. Unbelievable, it was a Hostel ! Sleep did not come easy that night. Next morning we realized the room was non-cancellable so we were stuck with the lies and had to put up with the situation. The 2 other rooms luckily had pleasant guests staying for short stays. Be aware the very steep climb to the hotel from town and then the many steps to the room are taxing to say the least. (We are very active early 70 year olds, thought we'd get used to the climb, not even after 3 weeks). We left a week early and of course did not get any credit. Antonio was a lovely man who helped when he could, best part of the stay, the pool was pretty good too except for the water.
Some of the rooms were private. (The rating we gave of 4 is out of 10)
Only dislike was the large pool very very cloudy fo most of our two week stay.
The room C3-1 was clean, spacious and I found the firm bed very comfortable. The AC was very cold and I loved it.
The accommodation is a super value. Not a lot of extras. No beach towels, or chairs or umbrella. Soap and shampoo provided. Plenty of clean towels.
The water pressure gets the job done but don't expect massage type pressure.
Ceiling fans throughout keep things comfortable.
Great value for people on a budget. Great space for one or two people.
I would stay here again.
More balcony furniture would be great.
