Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were the most pleasant, kind, and helpful people we have ever encountered in any hotel. The entire place has a beautiful atmosphere and charm. The garden is stunning and peaceful, creating a perfect space to relax. The massages were excellent and incredibly relaxing. There is also a lovely little shop on the property with the sweetest ladies working there – we send them our warm greetings!
The location is perfect as well, very close to Angkor Wat, which makes it an ideal place to stay when visiting the temples.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

Great stay in a beautiful setting
Pros:

The resort was beautiful. Set amongst lots of greenery. A great kids pool with a slide that was also at a good depth for the kids. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Amazing gym, spa and yoga facilities.

Cons:

Not necessarily a negative but people with families should note that bedrooms (in the 5 bed villa) are over three levels . One on the bottom, three in the middle and one semi outside on the top level.

Schöne Unterkunft an guter Lage für Besichtigungen

Schöne Aussenanlage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war geschlossen, nur das Café war geöffnet. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es kein Hotel ist, sondern eine Appartmentanlage. Keine Kaffeemaschine und Minibar vorhanden, kein 5 Stern-Niveau.

Pros:

We had a glorious 4 nights stay here. The staff couldn't do more, the facilities were wonderful. We travelled with our toddler and the kids pool was fab! It was nice to have an adults only too. The gym was massive and the spa was amazing. Food was also 10/10.

カンボジアで、日本にいるようなおもてなしを受けてびっくり。
Pros:

・お洒落な内装で収納スペースも多くあり、IHキッチンで食器も揃っており、間取りに余裕があるので、長期滞在しても快適に生活ができる。
・シャワーの水圧も高く、アメニティーも豊富。
・良く手入れされた熱帯植物が広大なホテルの敷地に植えられていて、植物園に滞在しているように感じる。朝はたくさんの鳥が集まり、綺麗な鳴き声を聞く事ができる。
・熱帯植物に囲まれたプールが部屋のすぐ近くにあり利用しやすい。塩素を使わないバイオプールなので、嫌な匂いがなく快適に泳げる。
・ホテル外の会員も多く利用する最新機器が揃った都会的なジムなのに、緑に囲まれていて新鮮な気分で運動ができる。
・ホテル開催のツアーは、行き先など細かい要望を聞いてくれて、ガイドはどんな質問にも的確に答えてくれる。雨季の急な降雨などにも臨機応変な対応をしてくれる。運転も安全を最優先していて、見ていて不安になる事はなかった。
・朝食はとても美味しく、麺類などのローカルフードも豊富にあり、食べ物の選択肢が多いのでファミリー層にも喜ばれる。
・ランドリーサービスは非常に丁寧で、飛行機の出発時間などを考慮してくれて、仕上がり時間ォ正確に伝えてくれるので、安心して利用できる。
・たくさんの国の人が宿泊しているが、騒いだりする人はおらず、夜は静かに過ごす事ができる。
・外国にいながら、細やかな日本人のおもてなしを受けたような印象を受けた。開業して間もないが（2024年開業）、ホテルに携わる人への教育が徹底されていて驚いた。
・格式の高さよりも、ホテルでリラックスしたい人に是非勧めたい。

Cons:

シュムリアップ中心街から少し遠い。（凄く静かな場所にあるので、旅の目的によっては利点になる。）
