Disappointing
Pros:

The proximity to the beach. It served a purpose for a short over night stay so that was fine.

Cons:

There were only one or two electrical sockets that worked in the room, the others buzzed and clicked instantly when in use which is not safe. The fridge was very noisy.
The parking out front was tight. We had to wash our car immediately due to sticky sap so over the windscreen.
When booking on booking.com a shuttle bus was mentioned, this was partly why we booked here. There is no shuttle bus. There were not even taxis nearby. Very far out of Terracina if that's what you want to see. Porto Badino may as well be another town entirely.

Near the beach somewhat away from the city center of Terracina. Typical Italian hotel with mostly Italians staying for the beach. Was a good to stay for a night

Pros:

The owners of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and very helpful one of the best hotel staff I've met

Cons:

There is no elevator.. The beach fee is 22 euros per day and is not included with the room fee and they must mention this in their ad.
