Recepção e concierges com comunicação fácil, sempre disponíveis, muito simpáticos e prestativos. Limpeza e reposição de produtos e toalhas. Quartos limpos, espaçosos e com iluminação impecável, além de uma área externa extremamente confortável e silenciosa. Café da manhã é o ponto alto, servido em etapas, com uma equipe atenciosa e simpática, e um menu a la carte variado e com excelentes opções. Possui chá da tarde, que tem menos opções mas é muito bom também.

The attention to the smallest details is something you rarely see in Brazilian and other hotels—properly soundproofed walls,
a dual-flush toilet, liquid soap, a high-quality single-handle tap in the shower.
There is even a button in the pool that activates jacuzzi jets!
It feels as if someone sat down, thought of every single thing a guest usually misses during a hotel stay, and decided to build a place that perfectly answers all of those needs.

Beach and pool towels are given freely and generously.
Every single branch and plant in the garden is meticulously cared for to absolute perfection.
The personal touch from every staff member is exceptional, and the front desk concierge service is good for organizing transfers, tours, and restaurant recommendations.

Speaking of breakfast, it is a restaurant-quality, 5-course experience (fresh fruit, followed by muesli, then breads and spreads, an entrée of your choice from a menu, and finally a dessert)

All of this happens while the staff reads your mind, serving drinks and constantly refilling your coffee.
In the afternoon, they even surprise you with a high-quality, fresh coffee, tea, and cake break.

The managers—Willy and Liliane—are an amazing, unforgettable, and truly admirable couple. Just get ready to fall in love with them

The experience we had in this hotel, which truly felt like a home, is something we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. It might take 26 hours of flights and travel from Israel, but it is worth every single second!

Villa Nautica is the hidden gem in Jericoacoara. We stayed there for three nights as part of our tour in Brazil. It was the most wonderful stay we had for years. The owners, Willi and Lillian, put their heart and soul into running this boutique hotel. We received a very special treatment, answered all our questions and helped us make our stay at Jericoacoara complete and memorable. And the breakfast... the breakfast is so unique. Prepared and served in the style of the most exquisite gourmet restaurant. Thank you, dear people. We wish the entire team good health. Nossa experiência nesta pousada foi simplesmente excepcional, desde a chegada, fomos surpreendidos pelo cuidado com cada detalhe, a limpeza é impecável, demonstrando um padrão de excelência que faz toda a diferença na hospedagem.
O café da manhã merece um destaque especial, servido à la carte, oferece uma experiência diferenciada e grande parte dos itens é de produção própria, o que torna cada refeição ainda mais especial e saborosa, todos os dias no final da tarde, ainda tem um café da tarde maravilhoso.
O atendimento também merece reconhecimento, todos os colaboradores foram extremamente atenciosos, cordiais e prestativos, além disso, os proprietários são pessoas encantadoras, que demonstram um genuíno cuidado com o bem-estar dos hóspedes.
Outro ponto importante a ser mencionado é que a pousada disponibiliza uma ecobag e toalhas para os hóspedes levarem à praia, o que achei simplesmente sensacional.

WOW. Jericoacoara is truly a magical place. It has charm, authenticity, and a unique atmosphere. A small town built on sand that somehow has everything you need. Great restaurants, cozy evenings, live entertainment, dancing, and nightlife. It is the kind of destination that captures your heart from the moment you arrive.

What made the experience even more special was Villa Nautica.

This hotel is built around a carefully thought out concept where every detail matters. From the service and hospitality to the overall atmosphere, you feel welcome, valued, and completely taken care of from the very first day.

The breakfast service is simply outstanding. The staff constantly pay attention to every guest without ever being intrusive. If your water glass is empty, someone notices and refills it immediately, whether you were about to drink or not. They are incredibly generous and never make you feel like you are asking for too much. The service is exactly the same whether you order your first coffee or your third. They keep giving, helping, and serving with a smile until you are completely satisfied.

The pool being open 24 hours a day is another fantastic detail. After an evening out in town, it is wonderful to come back around midnight, take a relaxing swim, and unwind before bed. Sitting in the hammock on your private terrace afterward creates the perfect ending to the day.

The rooms are cleaned every single day and maintained to a very high standard. Fresh towels are always available, whether for the room, the pool, or the beach. Unlike many hotels that use environmental excuses to reduce service, Villa Nautica ensures guests are cared for every day. Clean rooms, fresh towels, and attention to detail are never treated as optional. They are simply part of the experience.

The staff are always ready to help with restaurant reservations, transportation, local recommendations, and anything else you may need. Everything is handled professionally and with genuine kindness.

The location is excellent—right in the heart of Jericoacoara village and within walking distance of everything: supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach.

The hotel is beautifully equipped, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. However, what truly sets it apart is the staff. They are available at all times and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. They helped us arrange all our tours, restaurant reservations, and massages.

The breakfast is also outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. We highly recommend Villa Nautica and would definitely stay there again.
