Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Please note that the deposit policy will be changed to 100% of the reservation when paying nonrefundable room rates in installments.

We inform you that the heated indoor pool, whirlpool, games room and gym will be under renovation from May 8, 2023 to July 30, 2023.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, al frente de la playa, al lado de la big wheel y cerca de muchos restaurantes y bares. Tiene una bonita piscina exterior y una interior temperada, además está abiertas hasta tarde. Bonitas las áreas comunes.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y muy funcionales, no son acogedoras, no tienen lamparas ni un cuadro… no dan ganas de estar ahí… aire acondicionado no funcionaba y había mucho ruido de generadores o algo así del propio edificio.

Beautiful spot and conveniently located.
Pros:

Hotel and staff were excellent.

Cons:

I did not know the facility can accommodate neurodivergent individuals. Having the accommodations is great but I couldn’t find any info regarding this when I booked.

Foram dias muito bons de descanso.
Pros:

Hotel muito bom, com um café da manhã gostoso, mas o melhor de tudo sem dúvida é a piscina, com sol pela manhã e a tarde.

Cons:

Tivemos dois problemas no banheiro: primeiro foi a presença de uma barata =( e ao comunicar sobre o ocorrido na recepção eles somente disseram que iam realizar uma limpeza e talvez aplicar um veneno. Depois notamos que o ralo do banheiro estava entupido, a água demorava muito para escorrer. Além disso a internet do quarto era bem ruim, não dava para assistir Netflix, pois os filmes não carregavam. Outra questão foi que o bar da piscina cobrou 10% de serviço sobre um picolé industrializado que eu mesma peguei na geladeira.

Me decepcionei com o Hotel em geral. O quarto sujo, pia entupida , não tem onde colocar as roupas.
