According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Please note that the deposit policy will be changed to 100% of the reservation when paying nonrefundable room rates in installments.

Quarto 1005 entupiu o ralo banheiro ou não tinha vazão água suficiente, veio a inundar o quarto todo , mas trocaram nós de quarto e deram um de frente pra praia espetacular 213 , voltaremos em breve , atendimento muito rápido , café muito bom

Gostei da localização e da limpeza, um dos funcionários do restaurante nos tratou muito bem e um rapaz da recepção também.
Não gostei ter que pagar Estacionamento separado valor de 100,00 reais a diária, e achei confuso as informações sobre estacionamento, o booking e a acomodação precisam ser mas transparentes quanto a isso, para que os hóspedes não tenham surpresas ao chegar, um hotel bom porém estacionamento pago separado e sem aviso prévio me fará não voltar.
