According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Please note that the deposit policy will be changed to 100% of the reservation when paying nonrefundable room rates in installments.

Génial, hôtel idéal pour les familles
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’accueil, la propreté, le restaurent qui propose des variétés et une salle de jeux pour les enfants idéales pour les familles. Les piscine aussi, la variété du petit déjeuné

A cidade é ótima, mas a estadia foi decepcionante.
Pros:

O hotel é bonito. As piscinas são limpas. Os funcionários da recepção se desdobram para resolver os problemas. Porém não fazemos uma viagem para ter problemas.

Cons:

Fiquei decepcionada com a desorganização do café da manhã. Os alimentos eram servidos frio. Tínhamos que organizar a mesa utilizando a louça de outras mesas. No primeiro quarto que fomos instalados o chuveiro, a TV e o cofre não funcionaram. Tivemos que mudar de quarto.
Com relação à limpeza, a camareira entrou no quarto sem autorização.

Pros:

Gostei muito da localização do hotel, da prestatividade dos colaboradores e limpeza de forma geral. O hotel fica próximo à roda gigante na avenida principal e próximos de vários bares e restaurantes.

Cons:

A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas poderia ser melhor analisando o custo-benefício. Achei os quartos muito pequenos e com alguns pequenos problemas nos aparelhos eletrônicos.

No café da manhã não há pratos disponíveis. Apenas os que estão nas mesas. O que limita bastante quando aumenta o fluxo de pessoas. Sugiro que os pratos fiquem próximos a mesa do buffet.

Localização excelente, bem perto da roda gigante, quarto espaçoso com uma vista linda da praia, tudo muito limpo.
Piscina aberta e piscina aquecida. Dois restaurantes, com possibilidade de jantar no próprio hotel. Um deles com buffet livre, muito bom inclusive, e o outro com pratos a la carte bem variados. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Não sabia que precisava pagar o estacionamento para o carro, achei um pouco caro.

Hotel antigo precisando de reformas urgentes principalmente nos quartos que não possuem sequer uma cadeira para pequenos trabalhos. Falta mobiliário mais funcionais. O banheiro pelo menos na minha unidade, estava precisando de manutenção pois o vaso estava solto!
