Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Please note that the deposit policy will be changed to 100% of the reservation when paying nonrefundable room rates in installments.

We inform you that the heated indoor pool, whirlpool, games room and gym will be under renovation from May 8, 2023 to July 30, 2023.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Localização excelente, café da manhã muito bom e staff acolhedor.

Localização excelente, ao lado da Roda Gigante, face norte da praia. Café da manhã muito bom, com muitas opções.
Piscina do hotel é aquecida. A maioria dos funcionários é muito simpática e prestativa.

Cons:

Tivemos uma situação delicada no checkout com uma recepcionista que não nos atendeu muito bem e não conduziu a solução do assunto de maneira adequada. Mas isso não cancela toda a boa estadia no período em que tivemos lá. Se houver uma próxima vez em BC o hotel está entre os melhores cotados para o nosso retorno.

Conforto e acolhimento excepcionais.
Pros:

A recepção foi excepcional. O Marcos "um conterrâneo acreano" nos recebeu no Uber muito solicito e foi uma agradável surpresa encontrar alguém que fala a mesma língua. Tivemos um upgrade de quarto e pudemos fazer o check-in mais cedo.

Cons:

Não teve nada que desagradável. Só as meninas da cozinha precisam aprender a fazer tapioca. Brincadeiras à parte tudo muito bom.

Extremamente bem localizado, bem na orla de BC, ao lado da famosa roda gigante.

Cons:

Na check in cheguei às 12h na esperança de deixar as malas e guardar o carro. O manobrista me recebeu dizendo que me seria contada um taxa extra para guardar o carro e as malas, porque o hotel estava lotado com um “grupo de chilenos”. As instalações são antigas e precisam de um facelift urgente. Café da manhã muito fraco! Muito pão, pouca proteína de qualidade, nada fresco/feito na hora.
