Bad maintenance overall.
Pros:

Location is good. But the hotel is in very bad condition.

Cons:

1. They gave us 2 rooms which were not cleaned and beds were slept in. The family room I booked had a smoking stench. When we asked to get alternate rooms they said they had no other rooms. There was no hot water in both the rooms. They took hours to fix the hot water. We are still in the smoking room with children and they claim they have no other family room available. NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. On top of it the staff is a bit condescending instead of apologetic.

Cons:

The room was so unpleasant, there were broken window sills, half decorated walls, dusty and dirty, chunks of wall and wallpaper coming off the wall, the place felt incredibly unclean, we were given one bath towel and no hand towel for the bathroom and we left almost immediately without asking for another room which would very likely by the same if this is the standard that was on offer to a paying customer.

A must stay place if visiting Rotherham.

The staff was really friendly and helped with everything needed any extras or assistance. Specially Bilal there was amazing host.

THE PITS
Pros:

none of it ,it was the pits previous guest had been smoking in the room, door handle kept falling off only had one towel for two people, even the remote control was caked in thick grime, I spoke to the guy on reception and asked for a different room to no avail.

Cons:

the whole place never again would i stay at that place again. plus the breakfast was swimming in grease and not much else to choose from.
