All Electric's are faulty probably a fire hazard as light struggle to turn on .. dirty place and everthing damaged wallpaper furniture etc .

Elsa gull immigrants ants staying in the same place felt very unsafe with my young family

Disappointed not like the photos advertised

Noise from bedroom 114 had TV on all night.
Bathroom back door dirty
Shower was cold the taps were screwed so you could not change temperature.
It appeared there were homeless people living there
Young people smoking something outside the hotel entrance
Tv screwed in a cabinet so you couldn’t get to it .
Hotel in need of a good clean ,
& refurbishing
Sad as staff were so friendly I felt sorry for them
