Kleines Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Appartements sind sehr geräumig und sehr modern eingerichtet (Induktionsfeld, Geschirrspüler, Microwelle, Kühlschrank, 2 Fernseher, Espressoautomat). Alles sehr sauber. Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen. Parkplatz (Ladestation) am Hotel. Gutes Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Preis-Leistung: sehr gut.

Nach Klärung der Hotelforderung zur Kreditkarte war alles andere in Ordnung.
Cons:

Zimmer für meine Tochter und Freundin und auf den Namen meiner Tochter über booking com gebucht. Als meine Tochter im Hotel einchecken wollte, wurde sie nach der hinterlegten Kreditkarte gefragt. Da ich auf meine bei Ihnen hinterlegte Kreditkarte gebucht habe, konnte sie diese natürlich nicht vorlegen. Ich mußte ein Foto meiner Kreditkarte meiner Tochter schicken, welches sie dann im Hotel vorlegen musste. Ein solches Gebahren des Hotels ist für mich nicht hinnehmbar.
Frage an Sie: Was wäre passiert, wenn ich nicht erreichbar gewesen wäre? So etwas ist mir noch nie vorgekommen. Auch bei vorherigen Buchungen für meine Tochter oder meinen Mann habe ich so etwas noch nicht erlebt.
