It was comfortable.
Pros:

We loved the overall ambience, cordial staff and proximity to the highway !

Cons:

The entry to the lobby is a bit far from the entrance while that is not a major inconvenience but doesn’t fit well with a good layout.

Lovely hotel in Indore with excellent service. I would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The property is beautiful. It is well kept and offers a range of rooms and venues. It was a really good space for a wedding. The restaurant was spacious and had a range of good food available at the buffet. Our room was a good size and was well equipped with water, tea and coffee and toiletries. The hotel has an outdoor pool which is lovely and cooling during the hot weather. The staff were friendly and helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. We had an excellent stay.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like - all was great.

Very horrible service and you have to call them multiple times for Room Service but they still don’t deliver and even Housekeeping Service is very bad. The standards are definitely same as the Sheraton properties.

Good food , good rooms , good staf but still lack of training to meet the grand title or 5 star title. Apart from sorry thank you there are more understanding of customer service require.
We were on our holidays and first time in Indore , after having some heard time in England we were looking for good break and decided to stay in this hotel , was not a bad Desigen and we can see the staff is making efforts to keep customers happy . We extended our stay to enjoy the food and services and that was the mistake . We decided to stay indoor and have a good relaxing time to avoid the the exposure in to the pollution untill we get use to of atmosphere . I took the corner soffa and brought my laptop doing my work and enjoying the live music. About to order nice bandy with warm water and ginger then lunch with husband and kid. Just during the lunch time even though restaurant was not full I have been asked to leave the corner and sit in middle on the dining table . I was avoiding that because I had bit of pollution cold . So corner was perfect place . And that’s it . It put me off . My stay just spoiled . After my degree I have done my GCSC in travel and tourism , I traveled a world . But never seen any hotel or restaurant asking customer who is staying in to their hotel to leave the place . And so I will not come to this place again , don’t want to get insulted. Surly training needs to be above sorry and thank you .
