Sembra di stare in famiglia. La proprietaria e una persona fantastica disponibile e sempre attenta hai bisogni dei clienti. Le camere sono grandi pulite e ben arredate. Al mattino ce la possibilità di fare colazione nel area reception. La zona e strategica ma necessita per gli spostamenti di un motorino.

I had a great stay here in Patong. Ena, the owner, was very helpful and genuinely kind and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless and the cleaning was truly on point every day. A special mention to May, who made the best breakfast ,fresh, delicious, and served with a smile.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming stay in Patong. I would definitely come back!

Un hotel sencillo y práctico, situado en una zona local de patong, un poco alejado de la playa pero cómodo para poder moverte a un lado u otro de la ciudad. Buena cama, buena limpieza y la dueña y sus trabajadoras son geniales. Gente buena, agradable.

Large room and friendly staff.
My stay was far from enjoyable due to significant noise issues. The hotel is located directly on the main street, and unfortunately, the poor construction quality means that windows and balcony doors do not close properly. It felt like sleeping with an open window right next to a busy road.
Even with earplugs, the noise level was unbearable, and I hardly got any sleep. The hotel staff offered me a different room, but it would only become available three days later and, due to its location, wouldn’t have been significantly quieter either. After two sleepless nights, I had no choice but to move to another hotel.
To make matters worse, I did not receive a refund for the nights I didn’t use. Given the noise problems and lack of flexibility regarding refunds, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a restful stay.
The location was awesome, close to the main roads and surrounded by all the essential shops.

The place is maintained super clean with daily cleaning done. Staff is nice and help as much as possible. Pnan- the main caretaker is always smiling and helping. Breakfast is basic but good. If you want to go to airport or bus terminals, then bus goes from front of this place and you can wave and stop the bus. Location wise it is very good. You can hire motorbikes from nearby shop. Seven eleven and Tops daily- the major supermarkets are just next to the property.
Maybe the breakfast can have some more local food. But otherwise it is all good.
