المنتجع جميل جداً، نظيف، فخم ومرتب، والأجواء بشكل عام مريحة والمرافق جيدة. كانت إقامتنا ممتعة بشكل عام.
وأخص بالشكر A. Kadir Karslıoğlu من قسم Guest Relations، كان ودوداً جداً ومتعاوناً ومحترفاً في التعامل معنا. ساعدنا في الحصول على ترقية إلى شاليه مطل على البحر، وكذلك قام بترتيب حجز لنا في المطعم الإيطالي، وكان تعامله من أفضل الأمور خلال إقامتنا.

Cons:

واجهتنا في البداية مشكلة في باب الغرفة وعطل في الجاكوزي. تم إصلاح المشكلتين، لكن بعد تأخير في الاستجابة.
كذلك يوجد ازدحام واضح، خصوصاً في أوقات الغداء والعشاء. وفي المدينة المائية كان هناك أحد المرافق أو المجاري المائية خارج الخدمة أثناء إقامتنا.
أيضاً من الملاحظات المهمة أن المدينة المائية بعيدة جداً عن مبنى الفندق، وكذلك الـKids Club بعيد، وهذا قد يكون متعباً وغير عملي للعوائل التي لديها أطفال.
بشكل عام المنتجع جميل وفخم، لكن معالجة هذه الملاحظات ستجعل التجربة أفضل بكثير.

The Aqua Park is too far away, and often some of the park was not working
The entertainment started too late ie 9.30pm or 10.00pm
Very little children's activities through the day.
The lifts were too small and not enough of them.
The food was OK, but repetitive.
Bottled drinks like beer and wine were not chilled.

Je tenais à remercier particulièrement monsieur Kadir pour ce séjour exceptionnel. Nous avons été reçus comme des rois, avec une gentillesse et un professionnalisme remarquables du début à la fin.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les repas offerts et le très bon restaurant de l’hôtel, ainsi que le soutien précieux de monsieur Kadir, qui nous a accompagnés dans toutes nos démarches.

C’est sans hésitation que nous reviendrons, et nous recommanderons volontiers votre service autour de nous.

Jolie plage, bars et personnels disponibles, toboggans très appréciés par les petits et grands

les chambres (vue sur jardin) rien de spécial, J'ai apprécié moyennement le style de l'hôtel, assez sombre, les chambres pas de porte au niveau des sdb, les matelas pas trop confortables

Pros:

Reception staff were great & helpful, baggage staff were amazing with our luggage handling, size of rooms are great, food options are exceptional, great pool and beach, great drink options, good entertainment.
Great view from our room, balcony.
Spa option within balcony was good.

Cons:

Over priced.

Staff at main restaurant hardly approached us to grab our drink orders, went on a few occasions to drink bar to order myself and was left waiting a few times. Drinks should be self service like the food.

Cafe staff never went around taking orders, had to go to front counter to order, and our orders never arrived on one occasion, that section is under staffed.

Cleanliness of rooms were average with extensive dust build up on our bed frames & under bed on carpet. TV language set in Russian, was hard to get it working.

Tradesmen/Electrician came into our room with no notice to fix a lamp on one occasion, after coming back from the pool.

Lazy river closed at Aqua Park.

Bathrooms were outdated and in need of repairs, at the very least grout and silicone need re-doing as it has blackened in a few sections in Shower. Hardly any water pressure in toilet, was hard to flush, need brighter lighting option in bathrooms.

Cok kalabalik degildi. Odalar temiz, yemekler lezzetliydi. Denizi ve iskelesi cok guzel. Aquaparki da guzeldi.
