Caring Stay
Pros:

I am not exactly 100% healthy, so I made a special request at the hotel for a 1. a larger room to accommodate my special needs and 2. for a ground floor room to avoid walking up the stairs.
It is always a pleasure to be met with a smiling face reporting positively about all the requests. Staff are always helpful and assist in getting settled.
Shower marking (for hot/cold) have been marked.

Cons:

Parking is somewhat challenging; however, I understand there is very little that can be done about this.
I had previously raised an issue about not knowing which side to turn the faucet handle for hot/cold water; this was rectified, sadly in a wrong way. I hope the hotel is going to attend to this and not mix up the directions as is currently the case.
