We were very happy overall.
Pros:

The central location made it easy for us to visit all items on our itinerary. Always someone on site to assist with queries. Extra coffee, water and milk provided on request. We were also able to use the kitchen store and heat leftovers.

Cons:

We were very happy with what was provided. There were no issues experienced.

Pros:

The place is in a safe neighbourhood. Close to many amenities. The place is a home away from home and is so comfortable. Its also clean. The staff is amazing and friendly

Cons:

The dstv was just showing some audio channels and nothing more than that. The bathroom was clean except that some places you would see a few strands of hair not to many though. Just me and my peeve for hair in living space easily triggers

Once again, noise remains an issue
Pros:

Cleanliness was on point. As always.

Cons:

The noise coming from upstairs. We couldn't sleep properly because of the noise from people's footsteps. The room literally vibrated because of this. I think that if you want to stay here, it's better to ask for a room upstairs to spare yourself. Personally, this was the second and last time booking here.
