Can u believe such an international hotel shows strong discrimination to us. It's not professional and unacceptable at all. When my colleague consulted questions from the receptionist he called him "Ching chong" and repeated several times even the whole hall can hear it. But when my colleague went to him to confirm he just denied because he was scared. It was my first trip to Lagos and we went through such kind of bad thing. It was soooo bad we cannot accept at all.

Cons:

Customer service reservation team is really bad, I called couple of times but couldn’t get across to no one as the phone keep ringing for hours but no one is picking up. I was able to speak other team but however the reservation team never pick up even when other team send message to them to call me, they never called. Overall poor online customer service. Staff on grand is friendly and helpful.
