The smiling and pleasant Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel
Pros:

The staff were polite,smiling and ready to go that extra mile when you needed them. A special shout out to Rene at the Business Lounge and my friends in the Front Desk.

Delicious food and clean restaurant facilities.

Overall an exceptional experience and is now my hotel of preference when in Lagos.

Cons:

If only you had a system for ordering directly at Room Service instead of routing it via the operator would be great.

Very nice, the presidential suite was exceptional

Great location but old hotel with some basic issues to fix
Pros:

Location. Friendly staff

Cons:

My original 3rd floor room had a constant noise caused by air ducts (not the air con). So had to move.
The bathrooms are old and look dirty.
The ground floor, including breakfast area is always hot due to the security screening areas forcing the door to the open.
Breakfast service was poor with my order not arriving despite chasing 2 times.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The best part of the hotel are the employees, they’re all so pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The outdoor seating and the pool area are very pretty. Good location and lovely views.

Cons:

The facilities need upgrading. The rooms are not worth the high price. The rooms are not cleaned well at all. My shower floor was brown and had hair on it. My room was changed and the next rooms shower floor was brown with dirt and dust too. The bathrooms need a makeover and renovation.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

1. The staff ( Kitchen, Security, Cleaning, Bar, all of the staff) are amazing people. The respect and composure in difficult situations makes them even more amazing.

2. The food is great, lots of varieties for me. I had so much plantain, egg, sweet potato etc. Was just amazing.

3. The facility in my opinion is great. The pool is amazing. The kids literally spend 4-5 in the pool everyday. Been hot and humid explains the reason.

4. The location is safe and have all the things around that you need. For first timer, it is completely safe to stay at this hotel. Lagos felt safe for me and the family. Just use common sense like every other cities you would go to.

5. I recommend the hotel to anyone.

6. Please don't be rude to the staff. They are the most amazing people and looked after my children like their own.

7. Last thing is that the manager to continue looking after the staff, their were situations where people were very rude to the staff and the staff had amazing composure but they shouldn't take those kind of behaviour from anyone.

Cons:

1. I don't like the fact that some guests are rude to the pool staff, security and they are allowed to get away with it. ,

2. Nothing about the hotel I don't like.
