Limpeza precária e vazamento dentro do quarto.
Pros:

Fica localizado no centro da cidade, o que facilita o deslocamento. O quarto era amplo.

Cons:

A roupa de cama estava suja, o ar condicionado vazava água dentro do quarto. O banheiro é dividido em dois, sendo o chuveiro de um lado do quarto e o vaso e a pia do outro lado do quarto. Havia lacraia subindo pela parede.
