Pros:

Un emplacement au top.Les services et le personnel , aussi bien pour la gestion des chambres (changement serviettes, accessoires de toilette.) que pour un petit déjeuner complet.

Cons:

Les chambres dites supérieures qui sont en réalité les plus petites de l'établissement (mais alors supérieures à quoi ??!). Le changement de comportement de notre hôtesse lorsque nous avons indiqué avoir déjà organisé notre séjour et que nous ne retiendrons pas les offres d'activités proposées. Nous avons tous ressenti un froid après notre refus de prestations complémentaires. Dommage, cela nous a mis mal à l'aise. Établissement un peu bruyant.

Pros:

Location was fantastic, staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. Room was large for family of 4.

Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, with a great location and exceptionally helpful staff.
Pros:

The best part of this hotel is definitely its location. It is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions and close enough to the lively nightlife area, while still being far enough away that you do not hear any noise at night. The staff were also incredibly helpful and supportive, especially when assisting me with organizing a tour to Ha Long Bay.

Great stay on quiet street
Pros:

Great room on the top floor with a private terrace. We enjoyed the space the room offered. Staff were very helpful and friendly and let us check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

It was a little expensive for what it was
