Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

I recently stayed at this one-room apartment and it was better than expected. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered great privacy, making the stay very relaxing. Special thanks to Dinesh, the host, for being friendly and helpful throughout.

Cons:

The only downside was the low water pressure in the bathroom, which could be improved. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

Pros:

Just 2 minutes walk to the beach
Shopping and ATM 10 minutes walk
Staff is helpful and friendly,
Flexibility with check in time and checkout date
I could store items in their fridge,

Cons:

No view - windows covered with dark, heavy curtains… felt like in a cave
At least there was good lighting in the room

Poor water pressure of shower

Pros:

The receptionist was kind, helpful and very attentive.
The hotel is located 5min walk from the beach.
I have stayed three times and in different rooms.

Cons:

The conditions vary - some rooms don't have views to outside.
The hotel was under renovation.

Should be 10 times cheaper.
Pros:

Staff was alright.

Cons:

Electricity was out both days during my stay, door lock didn’t work properly. Was most expensive hotel i’ve stayed in.
Got also robbed close to this hotel, just to mention even it’s not their fault.

The rooms were very good and always clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Dasun, who was always there whenever we needed assistance. The location is beautiful and very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
