Great stay apart from the door issue. The breakfast options were great. Lovely clean hotel with helpful staff.
Pros:

Clean, great breakfasts, close to train and airport.

Cons:

The key access was difficult to use. Needed staff assistance.

Sadly this lovely hotel didn’t live up to its 4 star rating.
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

Lack of communication from staff. Light switches not working. On asking for the sofa bed to be made up, we were told two hours later to move rooms as no housekeeping was available. This was at our son’s bedtime. Once moved, lights didn’t work in new room. Nothing was offered initially as an apology for our inconvenience, we had to ask! We were then offered the contents of the minibar, which was extremely kind, but a partial refund would have been nice. The men’s toilets in the reception area were mostly out of use. A 4 star experience, it was not.

limpieza, amabilidad del personal

Cons:

la bañera es muy alta y la ducha resulta incomoda, está hecho para darse un baño.
El acceso al aeropuerto es muy mejorable
