Pros:

Ben situat, onsen agradable.

Cons:

És com fer un salt enrere en el temps als anys 70.
L'hotel principal està bé però les habitacions que ens van donar estan en un annex atrotinat i per anar a l'onsen havíem de pujar i baixar escales amb una ruta laberíntica a 0 graus de temperatura amb yukata.
L'escala d'entrada a l'habitació era perillosa (veieu foto), els mobles tenien desperfectes i la barana estava rovellada (veieu fotos).
TV
El senyor que ens va atendre rondava els 80-85 anys i va fer tot el va poder però la senyora de recepció va ser maleducada, tafanera i es va negar a gestionar una trucada telefònica.

本館に通路が伸びていて温泉もサービスに含まれていた点。

Cons:

渡り廊下が外気にさらされているので、温泉に行こうとすると大分寒い。
設備の古さや立地の若干の悪さに不安を感じる。土日祝の料金で1泊6,000円程度であれば納得して2回目使いたいと思える。

リーズナブルに温泉が堪能できる宿泊
Pros:

温泉が良かった。

Cons:

コテージ宿泊で冷蔵庫ではなくて保冷庫だったので飲み物が冷えなかった。温泉まで距離がある。チェックインで待たされた。

Pros:

真的住得我一肚子火。

周五晚上入住，从前台开始就非常离谱。接待的大叔明显业务不熟，而且表现得听不懂我说的日语的样子，自顾自说话。带我们去房间的时候直接自己走进客人房内，还打开衣柜给我们讲浴衣和毛巾放哪儿，要不是我叫停还准备一直说。谁允许工作人员随便进客房的？

房间又老又暗，天花板只有一盏昏暗黄灯。洗漱用品几乎等于没有：没有牙刷牙膏，没有洗面奶，剃须刀在衣柜里还是干的没泡沫，只能我们自己跑去便利店买

第二天预约了酒店的贷切风吕，被提前告知里面没有冲澡区，OK接受了，进去了发现也没有脱衣缓冲空间，踩在石板上泡着泡着还发现池边坐的地方附近居然有生锈的钉子！

房间水一开始放出来是黄色的，后来浴室地板还莫名其妙不知道是哪里漏水，把人裤脚弄湿一片。

晚上想在酒店吃饭，被告知没预约只能去二楼拉面店。OK去了拉面店，饺子一面皮煎焦黑了，另外两面饺子皮半生不熟。拉面里叉烧肥得发腻。老板还把给的勺子直接放桌上了。我们没怎么吃就走了，老板张口就问是不是不好吃[擦汗]我们只能说吃饱了，结果老板一边收盘子一边嘀咕“真浪费”，真是绝了。

后面寻思预约酒店里打个乒乓球。去前台现场预约的，明明说的是21:30，前台写了张小纸条记成21:10，指着纸条跟他说30分也没改。还反过来说是我们迟到。说日语还装听不懂。

Pros:

温泉が良かったです。時間で男女入れ替えになるので、両方の温泉を楽しめます。

Cons:

コテージから鬼怒川の眺めを期待していたのですが、１階のお部屋だったので残念ながらお部屋からは景色を見る事はできませんでした。
