Pros:

真的住得我一肚子火。

周五晚上入住，从前台开始就非常离谱。接待的大叔明显业务不熟，而且表现得听不懂我说的日语的样子，自顾自说话。带我们去房间的时候直接自己走进客人房内，还打开衣柜给我们讲浴衣和毛巾放哪儿，要不是我叫停还准备一直说。谁允许工作人员随便进客房的？

房间又老又暗，天花板只有一盏昏暗黄灯。洗漱用品几乎等于没有：没有牙刷牙膏，没有洗面奶，剃须刀在衣柜里还是干的没泡沫，只能我们自己跑去便利店买

第二天预约了酒店的贷切风吕，被提前告知里面没有冲澡区，OK接受了，进去了发现也没有脱衣缓冲空间，踩在石板上泡着泡着还发现池边坐的地方附近居然有生锈的钉子！

房间水一开始放出来是黄色的，后来浴室地板还莫名其妙不知道是哪里漏水，把人裤脚弄湿一片。

晚上想在酒店吃饭，被告知没预约只能去二楼拉面店。OK去了拉面店，饺子一面皮煎焦黑了，另外两面饺子皮半生不熟。拉面里叉烧肥得发腻。老板还把给的勺子直接放桌上了。我们没怎么吃就走了，老板张口就问是不是不好吃[擦汗]我们只能说吃饱了，结果老板一边收盘子一边嘀咕“真浪费”，真是绝了。

后面寻思预约酒店里打个乒乓球。去前台现场预约的，明明说的是21:30，前台写了张小纸条记成21:10，指着纸条跟他说30分也没改。还反过来说是我们迟到。说日语还装听不懂。

Pros:

温泉が良かったです。時間で男女入れ替えになるので、両方の温泉を楽しめます。

Cons:

コテージから鬼怒川の眺めを期待していたのですが、１階のお部屋だったので残念ながらお部屋からは景色を見る事はできませんでした。

昔ながらの温泉施設で、ゆっくり過ごせます。
Pros:

鬼怒川沿いで鬼怒川温泉駅からも近く、吊り橋へも徒歩で行くことが出来て便利です。入浴施設が2か所あり、時間ごと男女が入れ替わるシステムで違うお風呂を楽しむことができます。チェックアウト後にも荷物を預かってもらい鬼怒川観光を手ぶらで楽しむことができました。

Cons:

コテージは掲載されている写真のイメージからはかけ離れて古いお部屋です。本館からかなり離れていて、連絡通路に行くために遠回りをしなければならず、階段が多いため、高齢者には不向きです。フロントが基本一人対応なため、チェックアウト時間にはお客さんが集中してしまい、時間のロスを感じました。
