It’s very central and the staff was very pro active.
The position of the beds in the room and the bathroom’s facilities not practical. The bidet impossible to use, the sink mirror for short people. I gad to bend to shave.
The location, good deal considering you're right in the city center
Nothing
Too dirty and too hot
No bathing soap and the towels re dirty
The location is perfect
Cleaning, Facilities and pricing
Location, staff.
I never leave negative reviews, but this was the most successful night in the hotel. Due to the fact that on that day there was a Rammstein concert in this city, they charged me 250 euros(!) for the most ordinary room. The room with very old furniture and plumbing without air conditioning. But the worst thing is that all night I was crawling all over me bugs that live there in the bed. I woke up every time from the fact that something was crawling on me. And this is in addition to the fact that it was very hot. I don't recommend it.

The location is very central. That-s the only good news about the place. The rest is a complete disaster.
No breackfast. You cannot even order anything fron the places outside. My room was a mess. There was rust all over the place.
Everything.
They charge a crazy amount of money because when I went there I remember there was a big fair in Parma.
I hope I-ll never stay again in this place. I have no idea how is that possible that places as such are open in 2024.
Good location, close to the city centre in a quiet street
Furnishing a bit outdated
