I was very happy to know you had hot water for the shower.. 🙂 Breakfast was very good. It was my first time having the famous Guinobatan longanisa. Also, the rooftop was nice.
We initially missed the turn into the small street where the hotel is located because we didn't realize it was a street at first. Also, it was also very tight parking the car but glad we had parking.

I didn’t realize that it was a little far away from Legazpi.
the staff were very accomodating and super nice. They recommended activities around bicol and the breakfast was delicious as well!

The staff are friendly & love dogs, the hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms are spacious. The view of the volcano is amazing!

It’s not the property that I don’t like It’s the people that manage the property. Posted wrong information on booking . com. I booked family room with 4 beds they give us 3 beds . I also took a picture of what is posted on booking. com . I told them change their posting make it right.Charge us for early check in but didn’t refunded when we checked out early. It’s says in the posting
daily housekeeping. I booked two nights I expect them to clean the room but they didn’t. Should removed posting daily housekeeping. I will not booked again on that property very basic it’s not worth the money I pay.
