Our stay was nice, we would recommend the hotel to other tourists that want a nice stay in Istanbul.
Pros:

The location is great, the tram and the metro are just 3-5 mins away. It is a friendly neighbourhood and it is close to Sultanahmet. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Mert at the reception was very nice and he took care of everything and was always in a good mood. Also Marianne was very helpful on the phone and whatsapp.

Everything was great.

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the excellent location close to all major attractions to the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail, but what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality, as the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, making the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable.
