First of all, the communication and support provided by the hotel staff were exceptional, 10 points for all of them ;). I would especially like to thank Mr. Eser Ayozan, who helped us resolve an issue that arose during the booking process on Booking.com.
This was not our first stay here, and we will certainly return in the future. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which made our stay even more pleasant. We stayed in a room with a balcony, which was spacious enough for two people and maintained with impeccable cleanliness.
Breakfast might not be as varied as in previous years, but it was still tasty, well-organized, and more than enough to start the day right.

A fost foarte curat, am primit o camera cu vedere la parcul din spate si a fost liniste. Personalul foarte amabil, micul dejun foarte bun.
Din pacate noaptea se aud toate sunetele posibile din baia vecinilor inclusiv scurgerea de la toaletele de la etajele superioare. Recomand dopuri de urechi.

Distanța fata de bazar și alte puncte de interes este ok.
Micul dejun slab total și personalul de la restaurant total lipsit de bun simt. Efectiv stau printre vasele de unde se procura mâncarea și își fac de treaba (de exemplu una din angajate rupea o salata în bucătele cu mainile și o aruncau într-un bol din care trebuia sa ne servim) ca ți-e și rușine sa mai iei ceva.
Уютные номера, чистый симпатичный отель,, рядом много магазинчиков, инфраструктура, трамвай.
Попросила работника рецепции вызвать такси в аэропорт и специально уточнила чтоб я платила по таксиметру. Он вызвал такси , про оплату соврал нагло, я переспросила еще раз когда садиламь в такси что оплата по таксиметру, он ответил не волнуйтесь. Когда приехала в аэропорт таксист заявил что плата с отеля фиксированная. Используйте UBER
They asked us extra €60 even though we have booked 2 rooms same adult one with 1 kid the other with the other so they asked extra €60 for the kids.
Whoever went to the bathroom from the top floor the sewer was passing from our room and every time the shit we’re passing by next to our ear shitty experience ..

The location is great, the tram and the metro are just 3-5 mins away. It is a friendly neighbourhood and it is close to Sultanahmet. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Mert at the reception was very nice and he took care of everything and was always in a good mood. Also Marianne was very helpful on the phone and whatsapp.

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the excellent location close to all major attractions to the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail, but what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality, as the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, making the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable.
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike, everything exceeded expectations and made the stay truly comfortable and memorable.
