Bu otele ikinci gelisimiz ve her geldigimizde cok memnun kaliyoruz. Oteldeki tüm personeller cok ilgili ve güler yüzlüler.
Mutfak calisanlari Irem hanim, Ceylan hanim, Aynur hanim, Pinar hanim ismini daha bilmedigim tüm mutfak calisanlari islerini cok güzel sekilde yapiyorlar. Hepside cok güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Tüm mutfak calisanlarindan cok memnun kaldik. Ayrica Reseptionda calisan beyfendiler Eser bey, ayni sekilde diger resepsiyonist beyfendiler cok yardimci oldular ve ilgilendiler bizimle. Otelde ki tüm calisanlardan cok memnun kaldik. Ayrica otel cok temiz ve konumu cok iyidi. Gezilecek tarihi yerlere cok yakin. Tekrar istanbula geldigimizde yine bu otelde kalmayi tercih ederiz. It’s worth trying, I do recommend.
Pros:

The location was excellent, conveniently situated near public transportation. The receptionist, Mert, was incredibly respectful and friendly, and the entire team was equally welcoming. In the restaurant, we encountered a cheerful and helpful lady, Aynur, who was always smiling and assisting guests, despite the bustling atmosphere in the kitchen. She made our dining experience truly enjoyable.

Cons:

The AC system wasn’t working properly.

Kaliteli Hizmet ve Konforlu Bir Konaklama Deneyimi

Ramada otelindeki konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Tüm personel güler yüzlü, ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Özellikle Mert Bey, Güven Bey, Aynur Hanım, Ceylan Hanım ve Maria Hanım'a gösterdikleri ilgi, samimiyet ve nazik yaklaşımları için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı oldukça zengin, ürünler ise taze ve lezzetliydi. Ramada Otel'de keyifli ve konforlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Güler yüzlü hizmeti ve kaliteli konaklama anlayışıyla gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Le personnel était très accueillant, gentille, aidant - a partir du bureau, réception, jusqu'à la cuisine, netoyage - Ils nous ont tous fait sentir qu'on est des clients très importants - même si on a parfois séjourné seulement trois, deux ou une seule journée. On frequuant votre établissement maintenant, chaque année - depuis plusieurs années - puis c'est justement parce qu'on aime est apprécié beaucoup la qualité est les services de cette endroit. Merci beaucoup a tous et pour toute !

Pros:

Очень понравилось расположение отеля он находится в отличном месте, буквально в двух шагах от исторических мест . Номер был чистым, современным и комфортным. Кровать удобная, ванная в хорошем состоянии, всё необходимое для проживания есть.

Недостатков не обнаружил. Всё было на хорошем уровне.

Great location, quite street, walking distance from bazaar, good size room, good breakfast and helpful staff ( especially Mr Mert was very helpful with all my requests)

Cons:

Not great variety for breakfast, and the deals they have for cruise or visiting were quite expensive compared to the local ones on the spot.

The hotel's location is excellent, as is its cleanliness. What impressed me most was the reception staff, especially Mert, who is extremely helpful and cooperative, has a charming smile, is always welcoming to guests, and works to resolve any problem that arises.
