Doesn't book OYO and collection series not suitable for family's and couple

A Nightmare Stay

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Collection O Starlight, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I entered the room, I was met with an unbearable musty smell, dirty sheets, and broken furniture. However, the worst part was the infestation of cockroaches crawling everywhere—on the floors, in the bathroom, and even inside the bed!

The staff seemed indifferent to complaints, offering no solutions or even an apology. The bathroom was filthy, with mold on the walls dripping water taps.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and basic hygiene, avoid this place at all costs.

I have a concern with Booking.com as well, you guys have rated this property exceptional, that’s a shame!! Top of all, hotel staff asked us to book directly in future.

The room was spacious.

Cons:

I booked a classic triple room that should sleep three people, however the hotel staff said all rooms are double bed only. Further, as I booked a classic triple room and paid additional charges as compared to the same room for two or single people, the staff should provide a mattress for sleeping the third person for free. The rude staff manager charged me an additional INR 500 for that. As it was already, midnight and I was tired of the long drive I just agreed to get robbed. The booking.com should take down this hotel unless the hotel corrects its details
