Overall , I’d change the interior completely, make it more cosy & welcoming as you walk in.
Pros:

Nothing actually. I would have loved for it to feel more at home but it’s really not.

Cons:

Needs more color - it’s very basic. Nothing wow about the apartment.

Bigger TV would also be a good change.

Le HAVN était juste un lieu dortoir pour moi pendant mes 3 jours à Cape Town, ça a fait le job.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner à prendre dans un restaurant juste en face de l'hotel (The Annex). Présentation d'un QR Code fournis par l'hotel. Très bien pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Literie trop dur dans mon cas. Salle de bain à améliorer. Pour accéder aux WC il faut traverser toute la salle de bain et passer devant la douche "ouverte". Bref bain de pied assuré après avoir pris sa douche. Dommage.
Isolation phonique entre les chambres un peu juste, ça peut poser problème pour un bon repos si vos voisins ne sont pas sur le même rythme que vous ou décidé à profiter de leur chambre.

Pros:

The apartment was so neat and quiet and it really exceeded my expectations.The room was warm as it is winter season.It's close to everything and the staff was so welcoming.I had a great stay and would really recommend the apartment for people who want to visit CPT.

Cons:

The fact they don't dodge down everything in their T&C's (ID issue) and they don't accommodate people that smoke, having a separate section for the people that smoke would of been great
