Pros:

Apartment was decent and clean .

Cons:

We weren't able to utilize the Jacuzzi which is one the main reasons we came there . Cleaning team took long to bring things like toilet paper or restocking the tea's etc . Beds were abit hard and uncomfortable to sleep on .

It was decent.
Pros:

- Security is quite tight, which is great.
- Noise levels are well-controlled.
- The deep freezer worked fine.
- Sheets, duvets, towels white and clean.

Cons:

- Housekeeping: I generally kept the "do not disturb" note on the door because of equipment, but on Saturday, I locked valubles in my bags and specifically requested a cleaning while I was out. They didn't clean, so I ran out of toilet paper and fresh towels that day. They did eventually clean the following day - on Sunday morning.
- Cleanliness: Some of the glasses, crockery and cutlery were not cleaned properly, and I had to wash all my dishes myself.
- Odours: There was a persistent stench in the bedroom. I don't think it was the sheets, but it might have been the headboard or the air conditioning.
- Fridge: The normal fridge itself didn't get cold enough.

Great location in the middle of the city near the train Station
Pros:

For my Birthday i was surprised . My boyfriend had them spoil me and everything he asked and more they did. I was moved to tears, nothing was left on turned . They decorated the whole room, i was baffled!
