De locatie
De ramen waren niet echt, je keek uit op de hal & de indeling van de badkamer had slimmer gekund, nu moest je last de douche lopen om bij de toilet te komen waardoor alles altijd nat was
The location is good at the centre of all I was interested in. Easy to go to places of interest. I felt safe
The place is not far from Waterfront and shops.
The parking facilities are poor. We were told on arrival that there's no parking available and we must park at the shopping mall. I didn't feel comfortable with that. Apparently parking are not included in your booking on booking.com. I was later phoned by the lady at reception when a parking became available. I had to fetch my car at the mall, paid R40 at the mall for parking. When I came back, I was told to pay R200 for parking at the facility for the 2 nights. The rooms are clean, but the passages are dark. Also it's very noisy with the taxis outside. It's not safe to walk around. The dishwashing soap they use is not of good quality. They only fill the coffee for one day also soap in the bathroom. The security by the parking, they need to work out something else, instead of hooting when you want to go in or out of parking. They ladies at the reception are too busy to give their full attention to guest and explain everything. Book in of guest and allocation of parkings are too much for them.
