Cons:

Mye støy fra gate, slitsomt å sitte på terrassen, Terrasse var veldig liten .
Ikke kokeplate på kjøkken.
Vi måtte selv kjøpe oppvaskmiddel, kluter til oppvask.
Var ikke leselys ved senga.
Første uke var det mugglukt på badet, ubehagelig .
