Pros: it's close to downtown and the blankets are warm

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Online it says you can check-in until midnight. We arrived at 10:15 and the woman said that we could no longer pay with a credit card and had to use cash because the card reader "closed at 10". We tried to withdraw cash from an ATM but it didn't work. We then adjusted our reservation to stay for 2 days instead of 3 and somehow that magically allowed us to use the card reader to pay. But my uncle who also had a reservation for one night still had to pay in cash. It made no sense and the woman was argumentative and unpleasant to deal with.

The room has no sound-proofing so you can hear absolutely everything on the street and in nearby rooms. Not great for sleeping, private conversations, or *special cuddling.

Room has no AC or heat so gets pretty cold at night and hot in the day.

Cercano al corazón de Xela pero sin confort total

La ubicación super, está en el corazón de Quetzaltenango. Algunos pasos para la catedral y el parque central, restaurantes

Cons:

Parqueo muy limitado y pequeño, el baño no tenía mucha luz y por ser edificio antiguo no estaba cómodo, la ducha goteaba, el lavamanos muy pequeño, la cubrecama parecía sucia, para descansar no es un buen lugar.

Pésima atención a mi persona
Pros:

La atención de la señorita fue pésima, es más no me devolvió el vuelto eran 80 centavos pero sensillame te no quiso dármelo dijo que redondeba la cantidad fui tratada muy mal, no había agua, la habitación muy bien, ubicación perfecta pero recalcó la atención pésima

La atención, de mala gana no me explico de los servicios que tienen solo me cobro y me dio la llave de la habitación, si hacía alguna pregunta respondía pésimo, me percate luego que actuó diferente con otras personas que llegaban y se hospedaban creo que no le parece esta app es más me dijo que no era mucho lo que se ahorra con la app
