The room has enough space for 3 or max 4 persons. It has facilities like water dispenser,refrigerator,cooking,bathtub and dine utensils,many tv channel options
The towels were not in a good condition.They were like too old to use.
The breakfast was like unprofessional. Unfit with the service that the hotel should provide for the guests. The hotel may not provide the breakfast if the condition like that,and make the lower price for the room

Everything was amazing. My stay was short but it's my 3rd time in the hotel and it has been getting better every time. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Specially Tiara and Fajar were always supportive and caring. They made sure I had everything I wanted during my stay.
I believe the hotel is mostly focused on Southeast Asia and East Asia market. Breakfast options only felt like it was made for East Asian guests only. There's less vegetarian options. And I had to eat a bread slice with some sausages everyday for breakfast. Of course there was so many pastries like cakes and donuts. But who wants to start the day with so much sugar everyday? Although restaurant staffs are friendly they lacked a bit of professionalism and service.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious. The staffs are excellent, the service is 10/10. The staffs are always smiling and they are always available to help you with anything you need. I stayed in the two bedroom apartment with my family, and it was absolutely amazing.
