Great location, attentive staff and exceptionally clean facilities
Pros:

Service was exceptional with attentive staff. Unfortunately we were not able to book a table at the restaurant the night we were there however they freely offered other local dining options.

快適そのもの。いろいろ書きはしたものの宿泊中に不満は一切感じませんでした。次は露天付きの部屋でリピートしたいです。

立地とスタッフの対応。

Cons:

大浴場が天然温泉ならよかったことともう少し広ければよかった。
また、館内の食事処が多ければよかった。

We got spoiled with a wonderful stay and were well taken care of.
Pros:

The shuttle service was a god send. We also had a lovely concierge Nakemoto-san taking care of us during our 2 night stay who was absolutely sweet and attentive. The room was spacious with the most comfortable bed and pillows. The food could not be faulted and we had the best time.

Cons:

My husband did not eat raw meat including raw fish / sashimi and we did email prior to our stay that one guest does not eat raw meat. Lost in translation but fish is not considered "meat" and should have been clarified that the dietary requirements are no raw meat and no raw fish. Just a tiny miscommunication that was rectified immediately.

Superbe hotel
Pros:

Magnifique Hotel, calme, très bien placé (accessible sans problème a pieds depuis le ferry ou bien navette gratuite si vous avez de gros bagages), bien équipé, propre, très belles chambres. Nous avions vue sur l’eau c’était très beau. Il y a également un onsen et un magasin de souvenirs.

Cons:

Rien, tout était génial.

Pros:

Perfekte und einzigartige Lage am berühmten Itsukushima Schrein

Cons:

Preis-Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, die Zimmer (egal ob traditionell Ryokan-Stil oder Western Style) und insbesondere die Bäder bedürfen einer Generalüberholung.
Das Personal ist zwar freundlich und wie in Japan gewohnt sehr bemüht, spricht aber maximal rudimentär Englisch.
Trotz fast 500€ pro Nacht kann ich zum Frühstück oder Abendessen nichts sagen, da dieses trotz dieses absurden Preises nicht inkludiert war.
