Pros:

A nice hotel, although a bit dated. A large Japanese-style room. Friendly service. Delicious kaiseki dinner and a good breakfast with excellent service.

Cons:

The entire experience would have been very good if not for one detail that contributed to our low rating. We were assigned a room on the fifth floor, which had a strong, unpleasant odor. It could be felt even in the hallway. We wanted to sleep with the window open, but unfortunately, there was no mosquito net. We only stayed one night. If we had been staying longer, we would have definitely asked for a room change or canceled. The stench was so intense that it woke us up at night. Upon checkout, we reported the issue to the front desk, and they said they would look into it. It's a shame that this one thing affected our stay, because the rest was great.

Pros:

Localização excelente, perto do santuário de Itsukushima. Quartos muito espaçosos, com zona adicional de estar/dormir no estilo japonês. Excelente serviço, funcionários atenciosos e diligentes. Shuttle gratuito para o cais do ferry.

Pros:

Hôtel fantastique en plein cœur de cette île magnifique. Une restauration haut de gamme tout en couleur digne d un étoile Michelin. Moment hors du temps,, sans oublier l onen qui fut aussi extraordinaire.

De las pocas opciones validas en Miyajima
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos del santuario de Itsukushima y en una de las mejores zonas de Miyajima. Además, teniendo en cuenta que la oferta hotelera en la isla es limitada, es una de las opciones más recomendables para pasar la noche y disfrutar una vez se marchan los excursionistas.

El personal es atento.

Además tiene servicio transfer de bus al puerto.

Cons:

Como aspecto mejorable, el hotel empieza a mostrar el paso de los años en algunas zonas. Aunque está bien conservado, la habitación tiene una decoración y un mobiliario algo anticuados, con un estilo excesivamente "vintage", al igual que el aseo.

Una renovación ayudaría a que la experiencia estuviera a la altura de su categoría y de su precio, porque barato precisamente no es.

Es un hotel tradicional, la atención del personal fue increíble.

La habitación nos encantó, super comoda y espaciosa.

El onsen fue top, recomendamos entrar tanto en la noche como por la mañana porque los intercambian, y uno de ellos el exterior es muy bonito. Yo tengo varios tatuajes pequeños y no hubo ningún problema.

Pedimos la cena y desayuno tradicional japones y quedamos encantados.

Ofrecen tour nocturno y matutino gratis en japonés.

Séjour formidable :
Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et disponible. Nous avons pu facilement converser par messages avant notre arrivée pour avoir des informations utiles.
Les chambres magnifiques et les espaces communs très agréables et reposants.
La situation de l'hôtel est idéale pour visiter l'île. Une navette est disponible pour pick-up depuis/vers le ferry.
Nous tenons à signaler la qualité des repas proposés pour la formule demi-pension. Ce fut une surprise exceptionnelle car il n'y avait que peu d'informations lors de la réservation : le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient excellents, avec beaucoup de propositions locales. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être dans un restaurant étoilé !
En résumé, le rapport qualité / prix est top.

Cons:

Nous aurions dû rester une nuit de plus, c'était trop court !!!
