Pros:

Tutto. Non c’è stato niente di cui siamo rimasti insoddisfatti. Cena e colazione abbondanti e deliziosi.
Avevamo camera con vista sul loro giardino interno molto bello.

Cons:

Non posso scrivere nulla perché ci è piaciuto davvero tutto.
Tutto assolutamente perfetto.

Struttura attrezzatissima e in un'ottima posizione, a due passi dal santuario di Itsukushima. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile con una spiccata cura dei dettagli. Colazione e cena in stile giapponese ottime.

Wonderful!
Pros:

Excellent service especially from Matsuzawa and Teresa. Lovely big Japanese style room. Great half board meals - and they catered for dietary requirements. Very well located for the tori gate and shrine and the ropeway.

Splendido hotel a Miyajima
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel ryokan. Stanze molto spaziose in stile giapponese. Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Cena tradizionale eccezionale con numerose portate. Vicinissimo al centro del paese raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi.

Magical stay
Pros:

The staff there were so sweet, the facilities were amazing and the room/view was gorgeous. We went for our honeymoon and the hotel/staff really went out of their way to make it magical for us.

Pros:

Location was great. Ferry transfer was convenient. The room was very spacious, probably the largest I stayed in.

Cons:

My room with a view was obstructed by the only power pole directly in front of my window. The bed pillows were very uncomfortable, felt like they had hard beans in them. Western style bed was very firm.

Everything was amazing
Pros:

The room was impeccable, the staff was super attentive, the public bath was amazing and had an open air area, the location was absurdly good (right next to both Itsukushima shrine and the ropeway)

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like, but it felt way too expensive even with all things considered
