Horrible hotel
Pros:

Cons:

First of all when we went for checkin,we were told that our 4 rooms were cancelled by booking.com. we were aghast, showed him the booking. Reception was not budging. Finally I had to request a fresh email from booking.com confirming the reservation. Then he relented . The room service, house keeping, breakfast and restaurant staff were not at all good or deserving a 5 star ranking. Booking.com should boycott this hotel.

Cons:

Some weird policy where they call you early in the morning to clear the payment which can be easily cleared at checkout. They even ask to clear the payment by sending someone at your room, first time experiencing such a thing at a hotel. AC ducts keep making a weird loud noise in between, most of the balcony door locks don't work. No additional security lock given at the main entrance of room.
