Accidentally stayed for two nights due to flight cancellation. What a pleasure!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Great location, so we could go back to the room for a rest during the middle of the day and headed out again. Staff are very friendly.

amazing hotel in Ponta Delgada
Pros:

I stay here every time I come to PDL. absolutely love this hotel. super comfortable, very clean and a great place to relax. the pool and spa area are wonderful! staff are very helpful. thank you to all of you for making my stay calm and memorable. amazing location too, close to everything. highly recommend!

Hotel stay that you thought you were visiting family in the Azores!!
Pros:

Location, Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Beatriz/Yara), Comfy rooms -Modern including the bathroom,(Bedding/Pillows were great) large tv and great channel choices, fast WiFi, coffee maker and mineral water available in room at no additional cost. Amazing breakfast (Paid for part of room price), Nicely done-clean modern pools, steam room, sauna. Quiet and centrally located in the city center of Ponta Delgada. Vehicle was not needed. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. You’ll be very satisfied!!

O quarto estava limpo e cheiroso
A piscina interior apesar de pequena estava totalmente vazia e tem tudo o que precisas (jatos e hidromassagem)
A cama era óptima também

it was such a pleasant surprise how much we loved the Azores. The hotel was an excellent base for exploring the island.
Pros:

wonderful staff. Lovely room with a balcony.

Cons:

The restaurant was great for breakfast, but dinner was a bit underwhelming. Nice stuff, but service was a bit slow.

Pros:

L’emplacement, accueil chaleureux du personnel la chambre familial un plus avec divan. Un merci particulier à Maria qui nous a recommandé le guide Pedro. La découverte de l’île avec lui a été des plus apprécié
