Mon hotel préféré !
Pros:

Un 4* de haute qualité ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La piscine intérieure avec les jets ultra puissants, le hammam et le sauna, la magnifique piscine extérieure... tous les équipements sont neufs et de qualité , c'est agréable.
La chambre est très confortable avec son petit balcon et vue sur la piscine. Pas un bruit la nuit, c'est un vrai bonheur !
Le personnel est bienveillant. La situation géographique est parfaite.
Je retournerai a Ponta delgada et sans hésitation au Mercure !

Aanrader voor wie een paar dagen in Ponta Delgada wilt verblijven.
Pros:

in het centrum gelegen, maar toch rustig. Alles is heel schoon en verzorgd. Gezellige spa. Hoewel het een groot hotel is, is het niet druk aan het ontbijt noch in het zwembad. Het ontbijt biedt voldoende variatie.

Cons:

De gehaktballetjes bij het kindermenu waren niet doorbakken en nog rauw vanbinnen.

Ein Hotel zum Weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war top. Frühstück qualtitativ hochwertig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Geglückte Renovierung des Hotels in einem zeitlosen modernen Stil. Zimmer mit toller funtioneller Ausstattung und bequemen Betten.
Innenhof mit Pool, Liegestühlen und vielen schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
