We loved this hotel as it is very centrally located to town and to the water as well as being close to the airport. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars closeby.
The front desk staff are very patient and helpful. We were even able to check in a bit early as we were thankful for after arriving on an overnight flight. The front desk is available 24 hours a day.
The morning breakfast was excellent and varied. Everything is replenished and well presented. There are a variety of seats inside and out to enjoy breakfast.
The room was very clean with with a walk in shower and furniture is well appointed .
The pool area is lovely outside as well as the indoor pool and sauna.
We would definitely stay here again.

Agua de la piscina del spa fría. Sauna seca y húmeda desconectada, había que esperar a que se calentaran.
Frühstück war super. Lage perfekt.
Wir haben fast immer einen Parkplatz bekommen, aber es gibt zu wenig Parkplätze und wir mussten einmal auf der Straße parken.

Niet. Het was supergoed
Das Hotel ist modern und komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist nützlich zum Runterkühlen, zumal sich das Zimmer 101 dank der drei großen Fenster stark aufgeheizt hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen und kalten Speisen ist reichhaltig, auch wenn die warmen Speisen heißer hätten sein können (die Deckel werden vom Personal offen gelassen).
Die zentrale Lage ist gut, um die umliegende Gastronomie zu erreichen.
Der Pool im Innenhof ist schön, aber eben auch wetterabhängig nutzbar.
Das Kopfsteinpflaster verursacht nachts laute Abrollgeräusche der Autos, die nachts dort langheizen, ebenso einige Bekloppte, die nachts rumgrölen müssen.
Hinter dem Hotel führt links die Rua do Castilho hoch, wo es einige wenige kostenlose Hotelparkplätze gibt, die Chancen stehen aber gleich null. Weiter oben in der gleichen Straße dann ein öffentliches Parkhaus. Leider ist die Verkehrsführung genau in Gegenrichtung, so dass man von oben kommend zuerst am Patkhaus und dann am Hotel-P vorbeikommt.
Die Tiefe der Kofferablage im Schrank ist ein Witz. Der Koffer blockiert liegend die Schiebetür
Sehr modernes Ambiente, große Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer.

Toller Außen-Pool, auch ein kleiner Pool für die kleinen Gäste.
Der Spa-Bereich war etwas dürftig. Die Sauna funktioniere leider nicht, das Indoor-Schwimmbecken war recht verschmutzt…
Im Bar-Bereich war die Klimaanlage immer extrem kalt eingestellt, so dass man sich abends regelmäßig einen Pullover anziehen musste, wenn man dort verweilen wollte…

Amazing hotel in a great location. Great breakfast.

Hotel jest położony w świetnej lokalizacji, dysponuje podstawowymi udogodnieniami takimi jak basen czy spa.
Parking, z miejscami zarezerwowanymi dla pokoi Deluxe, jest bardzo mały i dwukrotnie musiałem szukać miejsca w zatłoczonym centrum, ponieważ cały parking, włącznie z miejscami dla pokoi Deluxe był zajęty. Obsługa hotelu oferowała płatny parking na tej samej ulicy, ale oczywiście bez vouchera od hotelu. Ponadto, śniadania były bardzo podstawowe, zupełnie nieprzystające do standardu z innych 4 gwiazdkowych hoteli. 4 bemary z ciepłymi „daniami” (zawsze słaba jajecznica i wątpliwej jakości kiełbaski, ponadto dwa rodzaje warzyw na ciepło), dwa rodzaje sera, dwa rodzaje wędliny, trochę słodkich wypieków. Po prostu totalne minimum.

A very nice hotel, with an amazing location in the heart of Ponte Delgada. Super easy access to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the marina. The airport is 10 min away. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds and pillows comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is basic but good and the restaurant offers a favorable variety of options.
There are absolutely no toiletries apart of a 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash gel which was rather surprising for a 4 star hotel. However, there is a supermarket and a pharmacy literally next door so one can easily buy everything needed.
