Die Zimmer waren geräumig, großer Balkon, schöner Pool, sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Super Lage mit Nähe zum Hafen.

Nowy, wygodny hotel w samym centrum Ponta Delgada

Znakomita lokalizacja w samym centrum Ponta Delgada. Wygodne pokoje, i łazienka. Nowe wyposażenie. Pięknie i z wyczuciem dobrej architektury urządzona klatka schodowa.

KWESTIA PARKOWANIA:
Dostęp do parkingu hotelowego jest bardzo ograniczony. Zaledwie 10 miejsc! Brak zatoczki bądź miejsca postojowego do wyładowania bagaży z samochodu. Przy rezerwacji prosiłem o zarezerwowanie miejsca postojowego i nawet nie dostałem odpowiedzi, że hotel nie rezerwuje miejsc i jak wygląda kwestia parkowania (w tym alternatywy).Finalnie tylko pierwszej nocy parkowaliśmy na parkingu publicznym tuż obok hotelu, a przez pozostałe 6 nocy udawało się znaleźć miejsce na parkingu hotelowym. Problemem jest jednak kwestia uczciwej informacji dla gości, przekazywanej w momencie robienia rezerwacji.

Cons:

Efetuamos a mudança de quarto logo no primeiro dia na chegada ao hole por falta de limpeza no quarto de banho . A limpeza de quarto péssima por vários dias seguidas .
