When we arrived the weeds were all grown up in front of the entrance. The pool was broken since the moment we arrived. The filters were never turned on and nobody was even attempting to repair it for the week we stayed. The first room we stayed in smelled musty. Good water pressure and hot water. Wifi was good, for the first few days. and then was down for the next 3 days. The next room was room 4. And from the balcony you could see all the trash in the parking lot. The aircon leaks water all over the floor and bed. We notified reception and they just mopped up the water an moved the bed away from the wall. 👍 the bathroom sink drain leaks water all over the floor also.
It's also loud all night long from people partying and drinking on the bridge, and when I woke up in the night there was like 6 people sleeping out in the parking lot. Terrible!

The noise all through the night was indescribable and went on all night despite there being a silence policy in the hotel
The breakfast was only one choice and it appeared very unhygienic in the restaurant area

The location was good and we had kettle and coffee in the room
The 1st room we were given had a double bunk bed with a single on top, as well as this there were two single beds. The room was a small room so we almost had to walk over the beds to get anywhere, there was a small balcony but hard to use what with all the beds, we'd requested a room with 2 beds instead had the bed storage room. Next day we were given a smaller room with 2 beds which was clean but very basic.
Outside the front of the hotel was the swimming pool which was not inviting at all given that it is basically in the carpark.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Allerdings direkt an der Straße und daher sehr laut, der Preis von 35 Euro die Nacht ist meiner Meinung nach sehr teuer und finde, dafür bekommt man bessere Unterkünfte. Sollte es günstiger sein, macht man nix falsch. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut und das Personal ist freundlich.
Very good location if you don't mind some noise/music from outside. Breakfast was basic but good, my boyfriend enjoyed the bacon. The room was standard but clean.
The swimming pool is not a swimming pool, I don't know which was dirtier if the "swimming pool" or the fish pond. Both were completely green with algae.

El personal no me ha dejado dormir, han estado toda la noche hablando y con tiktok a todo volumen, ademas nos hemos levantado con picaduras de chinches y nos han tenido que recetar corticoides
The parking space, nothing more. And also a big pile of garage in the corner of the parking.
First, we arrive 2 hour before the check in, the room was empty and ready but the lady want to charge us 100 pesos an hour. The staff did not clean the room for 3 days. No bottle of water in the room, no mini fridge, not very welcoming. Also, very noisy, karaoke in front till very late and very close to the road so you heared all the motorbike and the trafic outside. from the room. Never going back again. Also the breakfast, very limited, did eat only once in 3 days cause we seam to disturb more then we are welcome . So to the owner, you can do a little effort.
