I have the days of my life!
Pros:

I don’t have breakfast. There are so many bakeries and restaurants around.
Location is superb! Not only 5-7 min walk to the Sultanahmed camii, but also 5 min to Ahircapi - the door in the city walls and you can walk along the Marmara sea!

Cons:

Payment is cash only. But they informed me for this in advance. And maybe a small espresso machine.

Замечательный отель и невероятно заботливый хозяин! Останавливались в Little Palace Blue Apartment на несколько дней. Всё прошло просто отлично.

Особая благодарность за организацию трансфера из аэропорта — нас встретили без проблем, довезли с комфортом. Несмотря на то, что мы прилетали очень рано (в 5:45 утра), нам предложили за дополнительную плату (всего €25) заселиться в другую комнату сразу по приезду, чтобы отдохнуть после дороги, а днём уже переселиться в наш номер. Это было очень кстати, так как на улице шёл дождь и всё было закрыто.

Перед вылетом в Измир нам тоже помогли с трансфером в аэропорт Сабихи Гёкчен — договорились о машине на 5 утра, вышло даже дешевле обычного (€50 вместо €60). Водитель приехал вовремя, доехали быстро, трафика не было.

Хозяин всегда был на связи, отвечал мгновенно, помогал с любыми вопросами. Даже когда мне понадобилась антибактериальная мазь, он сразу же подсказал, где находится ближайшая круглосуточная аптека, и объяснил, как туда добраться. Очень внимательное отношение к гостям.

Обязательно вернёмся ещё и будем рекомендовать всем друзьям. Спасибо за тёплый приём!

Posizione e stanza comode
Pros:

Abbiamo potuto fare il check-in alle 4.30 di notte il che è stato molto comodo, i proprietari si sono resi disponibili, molto gentili.
La stanza al piano terra era pulita e ben curata nell'arredamento.
La posizione della struttura è ottima.

Cons:

La stanza al piano terra si affaccia su un cortile interno dove ci vanno persone percui non abbiamo mai alzato la tenda perchè ci avrebbero guardato in camera. Sul materasso e sul coprimaterasso c'erano capelli / peli di ospiti precedenti a noi. Strana svista anche perchè il resto della camera era pulita.
