Pros:

Staff was good but we had booked via booking.com, however this booking was never accepted by hotel as they stated that they don’t hv any tie up with booking .com.

We made booking offline then

Cons:

Me and my wife and my daughter bath with cold water because there was no hot water
I told him many times water not coming but they was in casual approch.at 10 degree temperature I bath with cold water.
I told thease all incident to hotel owner mr kabra I told him I want my money back but he told me you take money from booking.com online
I want my money with rs 2000 plus harrasment

No intercom in room you need to make call on their mb number even to ask for water bottle because No water bottle is provided
No room service as they don’t have any services
No kettle in room for tea coffee
No kitchen in hotel
To serve Break fast they arrange from nearby hotel
No Internet for watching tv they say use your mobile hotspot
No credit card accepted only cash
Feel cheated
Initially they refused to entertain online bookings also

Extremely miserable and nobody should opt this property to stay.
Pros:

This is noting to like about this property, Neither any staff was available on the reception nor the the person whose contact was written on the counter was talking in the proper manner. When the person came after half an hour, he told that no room was available and he forgot to upload the vacancy with book.com. Finally I had to walk here and there on the road with luggage to look for another property to stay.

Cons:

Nothing to like about this property. The situation is so pathetic. The condition of the hotel was even miserable. The ceiling was leaking so heavily that water logging was on the floor. Even I would like to advise book.com to break its tie with such property otherwise people will avoid booking property with book.com.

Extremely Bad Experience

Only good part about this hotel is the location.

Cons:

Extremely small, dirty and dingy rooms. Full of mosquitoes. Smelly and filthy bathroom. Cracked WC. No hot water. Dirty bucket and mugs. Open drains. Dirty linen which was not changed even on request. Bed has tons if accumulated muck. Pillows were old and hard and dirty. No breakfast was provided despite having charged for the same. There is no restaurant or wifi. The staff is also not very responsive. There are no telephones in the rooms to even speak to reception. Lots of filth in the room and outside. Even for the very reasonable room charges, the cleanliness and upkeep can certainly be better. The photos provided on the site are all false and misleading. Book this property only if you have no other option.
