La verdad es que el trato fue genial.
Cuando llegamos al hotel el recepcionista andaba enfermo y estaba un poco despistadillo, pero tanto la gerente, como su compañero se volcaron en seguida en ayudarle y en ofrecernos el mejor servicio posible, además de tratarnos con muchísima amabilidad y estar pendientes de nosotros durante todo el viaje.
La verdad es que es un sitio donde repetiría.
La habitación muy buena, cama súper comoda y muy buena atención
No pude hacer uso de las instalaciones ya que fue una parada de paso asi que no tengo ninguna pega. Todo perfecto

Paper thin walls! You can hear EVERYTHING!!! It is an older hotel and if they reno someday this needs to be addressed.
El personal del hotel (recepción, restaurante, ...) es muy agradable y atento. Las estancias comunes se ven limpias y cuidadas. El entorno es acogedor, con la chimenea encendida y un calor y olor de leña muy agradables. La habitación era cómoda y estaba limpia. El desayuno buffet (15€/persona) era correcto y estaba rico.
Opinión personal: la almohada se nos hizo demasiado blanda para lo que estamos acostumbrados.
La iluminación de la habitación podía ser algo escasa (a su vez le da un toque cálido)

La estancia fue genial 😊. El personal de recepción súper amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, mis felicitaciones a Dani que fue quien nos atendió. Del mismo modo, el personal de la cafetería del lobby siempre fue muy amigable.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bastante espaciosas. Contaban con todo lo necesario para poder pasar un buen fin de semana.
Además, el hotel cuenta con gimnasio, sauna, baño turco y piscina interior, todo muy bien cuidado.
Sin duda, un sitio para repetir 👍
La oferta de restaurantes es bastante escasa, así que no hay muchas opciones para comer sin salir del hotel. Además, necesitas coche prácticamente para todo debido a la ubicación.
En general, se echan en falta más actividades y opciones de ocio

Pensé que estaba más cerca de Segovia y la granja. La habitación era un poco pequeña y no teníamos donde abrir la maleta grande
la facilité d'accès ,le sauna , le petit déjeuner , la chambre était fonctionnelle mais une théière aurait été un plus.
faible choix de la carte au restaurant de l'hôtel , dont ll ambiance était un peu déprimante. la piscine était fermée.
