Ein perfekter toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Es war einfach alles perfekt die Lage direkt am See das tolle Frühstück das Abendessen lecker lecker und vor allem die Chefin und der Chef. So was von hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und nett, nichts ist Zuviel und es wird nach einer Lösung gesucht.
Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und ich komm sicherlich wieder.

La posizione incantevole è strategica dell'hotel ristorante vicino a Stresa, alle Isole Borromee e al bellissimo paese di Mergozzo affacciato sul Lago omonimo.
L'appartamento si affacciava sul Lago e sulla piscina privata.
Il Ristorante stupendo che ha un menù di Lago e altro e le verdure freschissime vengono dal loro orto.
La colazione (non compresa nel prezzo dell'appartamento in quanto nello stesso vi era tutto il necessario per farla con gli alimenti portati da casa o comprati in paese ma per due giorni è un lusso che si può fare) proncipesca con brioche freschissime, torte, frutta, affettati, pane integrale e non, è tante altre prelibatezze come scaglie di cioccolato fondente...
La mansarda arredata benissimo e con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare in casa.
L'ospitalità del personale veramente gentile soprattutto la Signora gentilissima con la fascia bianca tra i capelli (purtroppo non mi ricordo il nome) che era onnipresente e cercava di aiutarci in tutti i modi. 🤗
Tutto il personale altamente professionale e le gentilissime cameriere del ristorante 😍.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto infatti nel mese di Agosto era la, seconda volta che ci siamo fermati da loro.
Forse un po' troppe scale per andare all'appartamento che era una mansarda (tutta la struttura era piena) ma questo è un mio problema per la paura di cadere dopo una brutta frattura al piede di due anni fa. Quindi non è un problema perché le scale erano comode.

Magnifique découverte à Mergozzo
Pros:

Très joli séjour à Mergozzo, l hôtel est très bien situé directement au bord du lac et à 5 minutes à pied du centre du village.
Très joli buffet de petit déjeuner, et personnel aux petits soins, le petit dejeuner nous a été carrément offert !!!
Nous n avons pas eu l occasion de tester la pisicne.
La chambre était très spacieuse, propre et confortable, avec vue latérale sur le lac et un petit balcon, très jolie salle de bains.
Parking privé pour les voitures.

Rien ! Tout était parfait !

Relax perfetto fronte lago
Pros:

Posizione vista lago, con spiaggetta proprio a ridosso dell' hotel. Possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di lettini per la spiaggia e anche di piscina con ombrelloni. Camere ristrutturate di recente, confortevoli e moderne. Doccia ampia,materasso comodo. Parcheggio aperto sotto la struttura. Gentilezza del personale voto 11/10! Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione (extra) in quanto in partenza un po' rapida. E ci hanno comunque offerto un caffè e una brioche. Davvero una cortesia e gentilezza encomiabili . Grazie! Torneremo senz'altro!

Cons:

Non ne abbiamo usufruito ma forse il buffet delle colazioni non ricchissimo (ma abbiamo solo dato una rapida occhiata, magari poi offrono qualcosa di cucinato al momento, non sparei). Forse un pochino caro il ristorante (soprattutto dolci e amari!) ma pietanze buonissime e gustose. Complimenti alla Cucina!

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See war perfekt, es war immer ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Abendessen war großartig und schmackhaft. Der Service waestets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauerkeit und Herzlichkeit hat uns sehr gefallen

Cons:

Die Duschabdichtung ist leider nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung und eine neue Seifenschale wäre super.
