Nice views, horrible service, poor quality room
Pros:

We did not have breakfast, but did eat lunch. They were able to accommodate our vegetarian diet. There are lovely views from the restaurant and decks, the front desk is open 24/7/

Cons:

The service at the restaurant was incredibly slow despite having 4 people on staff in the restaurant and we were the only customers at the time. We had to ask for water several times. The pool is out of service, but that wasn't communicated anywhere and we chose the hotel because of the pool. We arrived a bit early for check-in, and were told to go wait in the restaurant and they would come get us when the room was ready, 45 minutes later and nobody had come to get us.... they forgot and we waited around for no reason. We requested an extra pillow and they wanted to charge 100 pesos to use a pillow for the night, I have never had a hotel request a fee to rent a pillow, we stated that there wan't a functioning pool as advertised, could they throw in the pillow to make up for that and they said no. The layout of the hotel is very strange, lots of stairs and they have blocked the easiest way for guests to get to the restaurant for staff use only... it appears to just be a sitting room, so guests have to go up and down stairs to get there. The staff were discourteous and seemed annoyed about doing their job.

I did not like that the room had a smell, was not clean, there were spiderwebs in my room and stains on the carpet, stains on the picture frames. It was very dirty and did not meet my expectations.

Came for the comfort, stayed for the view.
Pros:

The place had a good view, and the location was overall peaceful and beautiful. The staff were kind, and they were even helpful in getting me a taxi ride because I was having trouble booking via the Grab app.

Cons:

The place did not have good signal reception. On top of that, the WiFi was weak and barely useful. The shower also did not have a heater, but I guess that's expected for the price I paid. But it's Baguio, so I was honestly hoping all showers had customary heaters. I wish they also accepted card payments to make everything more convenient.
